Modifier couleur terminal de façon permanente

Bonjour à tous,

J'essaie de modifier la couleur de mon terminal de façon permanente.
Pour cela je suis allé dans mon fichier /root/.bashrc que j'ai modifié. J'ai ensuite fait un >source /.bashrc et redémarré mon PC, mais rien ne fait, la couleur ne change pas.

Voici le script de mon fichier bashrc ( en rouge ce que j'ai modifié ) :

Il te faudra supprimer le caractère #
qui est au début de la ligne contenant :

#force_color_prompt=yes

ce qui donnera :

force_color_prompt=yes

Quelle couleur espérais-tu donner au promt ?

Pour un prompt de couleur rouge :

PS1='${debian_chroot:+($debian_chroot)}\[\033[01;31m\]\u@\D{%d%m%Y %H:%M}\[\033[00m\]:\[\033[01;33m\]\w\[\033[00m\]\$ '

Pour un prompt en blanc sur fond rouge :

PS1='${debian_chroot:+($debian_chroot)}\[\033[01;41m\]\u@\D{%d%m%Y %H:%M}\[\033[00m\]:\[\033[01;33m\]\w\[\033[00m\]\$ '

Sinon dans les préférences de l'application utilisée (Tilix, GNOME Terminal, Konsole, ... ?)
