Problème système détecté avec ubuntu 16.04

Bonsoir,

encore une fois je viens vers vous, j'ai encore ce souci de problème détecté. Dès que je me sers de mon pc, c'est le calvaire, ce problème ralenti mon pc déjà vieux !
J'ai été voir une discussion qui se rapprochait de la mienne, j'ai effectué quelques commandes (sudo apt update, full-upgrade, autoclean, autoremove) donc tout est nickel.
La dernière commande donnée je ne sais pas du tout à quoi elle correspond mais elle pourra sûrement vous aider à comprendre mon problème :
