ai je fait une erreur ou non

bonjour
c'est pour savoir comment retourner a windows(oui je  sais c'est bete comme question mais bon)parce que je n'ai plus aucune trace de windows.alors aurais-je supprimer windows xp par erreur?
merci de m'aider a resoudre mon probleme

salut
tu l'as pas forcément supprimé ton xp. vérifie que toute tes partitions sont montées, peut-être ta partoche windows n'est pas montée, donc invisible.

Okay
alors tu fais

sudo gedit /boot/grub/menu.lst

(tu remplaces gedit par kate si tu es avec KDE)
ça te demande ton mot de passe, que tu tapes, à l'aveugle, c'est normal. Ensuite, un fichier s'ouvre, tout à la fin, tu rajoutes ces lignes : 

title		Windows
root		(hd0,0)
savedefault 
makeactive
chainloader	+1

tu sauves et quittes puis redémarre. Juste après le bios, tu as 3 secondes pour faire "echap", ça t'amène sur le menu grub. Avec les flèches tu sélectionnes Windows. Si tu as une erreur, tu la notes et redémarres sous Ubuntu, tu refais la commande pour modifier le fichier et dans la partie précédemment ajoutée, tu repères la ligne root et la modifie pour avoir cela : 

root		(hd0,1)

tu sauves, quittes et redémarres, vas sur le menu grub et sélectionnes Windows. Si tu as encore un message d'erreur, tu le notes, retournes sous Ubuntu et tu nous copies colles ici les deux messages d'erreur précédemment recopiés.

Si tu ne veux pas avoir à appuyer sur echap pour atteindre le menu grub, tu repères ces lignes là : 

## timeout sec
# Set a timeout, in SEC seconds, before automatically booting the default entry
# (normally the first entry defined).
timeout        3

## hiddenmenu
# Hides the menu by default (press ESC to see the menu)
hiddenmenu

en commentant (= mettre un # devant) hiddenmenu, tu n'auras plus à appuyer sur echap. En changeant le nombre après timeout, tu modifies le nombre de secondes avant le choix automatique.

Ça c'est le fichier de configuration de GRUB
tu vas le modifier pour pouvoir démarrer windows à nouveau
apparemment tu n'as PAS perdu windows
Mais c'est bizarre quel version de windows as tu?

essayes aussi avec

j'aurais du te demander d'essayer celui la en premier
