Problème d'install wifi et de drivers linux

Plop à toute la communeautée.
En cette aprés midi moyennement ensoléillé voila qu'il me prend d'installer la dernière ubuntu sur mon tout nouveau PC, installation finie rapidement, une lueure d'espoir pour le wifi en apercevant ma box dans la liste des réseaux mais nan ... ca veut pas

Je vais donc faire un tour sur le wiki ubuntu et pour ma carte wifi on me dit ca marche tant qu'il y'as ni WEP ni WPA sinon ndiswrapper. Bon je récupère ndiswrapper via le dvd d'install j'ouvre le cd fournis avec la carte mère et la surprise un joli dossier agréablement nommé DriverLinux. J'ouvre donc le dit dossier et m'apercois qu'il y'as un sous dossier wifi, la 2 dossiers premier choix et premier doute :

_ Un dossier intitulé : debian31-8187(110)

_ Un autre intitulé :  linux26x-8187(110)

Tout de suite je me dit ubuntu = dérivée de debian allons y faire un tour, j'extrais les fichiers suis les infos du fichier readme et résultat : type de module non suporté ou connerie du genre. Bon on va essayer l'autre dossier ...

L'autre dossier, je décompresse le tout et la plein de fichier et un readme, je suis les instructions :

Donc me voila bien avancé, j'ai essayer vite fait ndiswrapper avec les drivers XP fournis sur le cd et j'ai un joli driver incompatibl qui apparait.

essayes plutot ça tu luttera moins pour rien

PS: le pilote que tu veux utiliser n'est pas pour les carte usb (la tienne est en usb)

j'ai essayer ta méthode mais rien n'y fait, il n'y as pas de problème au niveau de ndiswrapper qui dit que tout est ok mais je ne vois toujours aucun réseaux, pire, mon interface wlan0 à tout simplement disparue

tu as donc surement quelques erreurs de commandes (rien de grave)
donnes ces retour

étonnant ça config correct!
fais ces commandes pou voir:

sudo rmmod ndiswrapper
sudo modprobe ndiswrapper

et test avec

sudo lshw -C network
iwlist scan

Bon j'ai reformater et appliquer la méthode d'au dessus et ca marche. Enfin ca marche facon de parler, j'ai effectivement réussi à me connecter à ma box et à acceder à internet, le problème c'est que ma conection ne dure pas plus de 30 sec après quoi NM me dit toujours qu'il à la conection mais plus rien ne passe ( même pas de ping sur la box ), je suis donc obliger de faire un ifconfig wlan0 down et un /etc/init.d/networking stop et leurs inverses respectives pour avoir à nouveau 30 sec de connections.

Avouez que c'est asser embétant, donc si quelqu'un à une idée/piste/solution je suis preneur

Qu'est ce que cette manip permet de faire ? d'ou viens le problème ? je suis chiant mais j'aime bien comprendre ce que je fais ^^

Petit up, j'ai toujours le même problème à savoir une connection qui s'effectue mais qui ne dure pas plus de 30 sec même si NW continue d'afficher une connexion wifi.

C'est un pb récurrent avec, entre autres, un composant Wifi Realteck 8187. Je ne l'ai pas solutionné après plusieurs semaines, ni les mises à jour d'Ubuntu. Etonnant que ça marchait en version 7 et plus en version 8. En lisant ce forum, ça semble presque etre la faute des utilisateurs s'ils ne savent pas faire de grosses bidouilles pendant des heures pour tenter de résoudre les pbs. Sans le WIFI, un portable n'est plus utilisable aujourd'hui, il y a t-il une alternative qui peut être conseillée à Ubuntu 8 ?
