Internet très lent & désactiver 1 conn. wifi qd on en a 2?
Bonjour,
Sous Intrepid, ma connexion Internet est lentissime comparée à celle que j'avais sous Hardy et les version précédentes.
Afficher une page web prend 30 secondes, faire les mises à jours auto quasi-impossible.
Ce que je constate, c'est que mes deux cartes wifi (11mbps Centrino + 54mbps Atheros sur PCMCIA) sont actives en même temps sur le même réseau.
Première question : Est-ce que cela pose un problème ? Est-ce que ça peut accélérer le débit ou au contraire créer un conflit au niveau TCP ?
Deuxième question : Comment désactiver le wifi 11mbps interne ?
Si je pousse le bouton wifi sur l'ordinateur,ce sont les deux interfaces qui s'éteignent.
NetworkManager ne semble pas permettre de désactiver une interface, ou même de spécifier quelle interface utiliser lorsque l'on configure un réseau.
Troisième question : Au démarrage de l'ordi il me demande toujours le code du réseau sans fil pour se connecter. En fait, il m'ouvre une boite dans laquelle le code est déjà prérempli, mais je suis obligé de confirmer par "OK" à chaque fois. Comment supprimer cette étape de confirmation ?

Bonsoir,
Je viens de déconnecter physiquement la carte wifi PCMCIA pour ne plus avoir que le wifi intégré Intel.
Internet fonctionne à nouveau normalement (à 11bbps...)
Il faut donc que je désactive l'interface interne pour pouvoir utiliser la carte 54mbps sans soucis.
Comment faire ?

Je veux désactiver le wifi Intel, mais surtout pas le filaire Intel ni le Wifi Atheros.

juste cette commande
echo 'blacklist ipw2100' | sudo tee -a /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist
tu reboot et bye bye la Intel
