[ATI]Redimensionnement lent des fenêtres depuis Jaunty
Bonjour,
Ma carte graphique est une ATI Radeon Pro HD 2400.
J'ai effectué une installation (en dual boot avec Intrepid) de Jaunty, et depuis, je remarque un lag de plus ou moins 1 second (selon la taille de la fenêtre) lorsque je veux redimensionner une fenêtre, la maximiser ou la restaurer (la minimisation est instantanée. J'ai ce problème avec la dernière version des pilotes provenant des dépôts ubuntu (installée normalement, depuis le gestionnaire de pilotes propriétaires) sur Jaunty. Sur Intrepid, je n'ai aucun problème, mais les pilotes ont été préinstallés par Dell.
Quelqu'un a-t-il une solution? Merci d'avance.
PS : utiliser exactement le même xorg.conf que celui de l'installation Intrepid ne change rien.

Question : as tu lancé les effets compiz ?
Si oui, même problème en désactivant les effets visuels (aka compiz)?
Si oui, peux tu utiliser "compiz-check" (un script qu'on peut trouver ici : http://forlong.blogage.de/entries/pages/Compiz-Check, et nous dire quel est le résultat de ton compiz-check ?

Le patch du xserver fonctionne parfaitement, plus de bug avec les fenêtres

Mais de rien
Par contre, si ce n'est pas déjà fait, pouvez vous poster un message dans le rapport de bug en donnant votre carte graphique et l'output de "lspci -vvnn". Cela permet de montrer que ce bug touche beaucoup de gens et donc fera bouger les choses plus rapidement.

Je te donne la démarche à suivre pour installer la mise à jour :
- dans un terminal, tapes :
sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.listet ajoutes ces lignes :
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/ubuntu-x-swat/xserver-no-backfill/ubuntu jaunty main
deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/ubuntu-x-swat/xserver-no-backfill/ubuntu jaunty main****** N'oublies pas d'enregistrer les modifications
- tapes dans un terminal pour ajouter la clef :
sudo apt-key adv --recv-keys --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com 0x643dc6bd56580ceb1ab4a9f63b22ab97af1cdfa9- après, tu mets à jour tes dépôts :
sudo apt-get update- et tu installes les nouveaux paquets :
sudo apt-get upgradeDell Studio 15 : Intel Core 2 Duo T6400, 4 Go de RAM, Radeon HD 3450, Ubuntu Jaunty x64

Les fenêtres s'affichent plus rapidement. Ceci dit, j'ai réessayé compiz-check et le résultat reste identique, il subsiste un problème...mais lequel ?

A vrai dire, moi aussi j'ai un "compiz-check" similaire au tiens ... Tant que ça marche, je ne pense pas qu'il y ait de quoi s'affoler

Par contre, si ce n'est pas déjà fait, pouvez vous poster un message dans le rapport de bug en donnant votre carte graphique et l'output de "lspci -vvnn". Cela permet de montrer que ce bug touche beaucoup de gens et donc fera bouger les choses plus rapidement.
