[WIFI]Carte wifi broadcom 4138

Salut

Je n'arrive pas du tout à installer le wifi sur mon portable acer 3022wlmi. En effet,  ma carte est reconnue par le système, elle est dans les connexions réseaux mais elle ne fonctionne pas. j'ai suivi les différents tutoriaux présents sur internet, avec ndiswrapper, j'ai fais tout ce qu'il fallait faire mais le module wifi ne marche toujours pas.

Voici une capture d'écran pour vous résumer le problème :

salut topin !

Ton problème est tout simple il te suffit de changer ASCII en HEXADECIMAL car en ascii ou en hexa tu n'obtient pas du tout la meme clé ce qui fait que ton routeur te rejette imédiatement wink

et pour achever ta configuration, dans la fenetre de configuration du réseau (celle qui se trouve au deuxième plan sur ta capture il faut que tu selectionne eth0 comme périphérique par défaut pour la passerelle wink

Je viens de faire ces manipulations est ca n'a rien changé. En effet, je n'ai toujours pas de wifi.
D'autre part, après avoir activé et validé la carte, dès que je reviens sur le gestionnaire des réseaux ma carte est toujours vue comme désactivée. Quand je fais un iwconfig, ma carte est détectée mais il y a marqué access point : invalid et le reste est mis sous off. On dirais que ma carte ne recherche aucun raison. D'ailleurs avec Kwifi elle est barrée en rouge.

HMmmm,
Lorsque tu tapes dmesg dans la console la carte retourne-t-elle une erreur ? ou quelque chose qui t'indique qu'elle ne fonctionne pas ?

Et aussi pour l'ESSID, lorsque tu cliques sur la petite fleche a droite, y a-t-il une liste des réseaux disponibles qui apparait a coté ?

Au sujet de la flèche a coté de ESSID, elle ne met aucun réseaux. En fait c'est moi qui ait tapé les caractéristique du réseau (wep, nom).

salut,

j'ai le meme processeur : BCM4318.
je l'ai installé par ndiswrapper, en me servant des pilotes windows.
pour pouvoir avoir le lien avec ton infrastructure, tu dois renseigner
le ESSID
l'Access point
le channel
la key
au moyen de iwconfig (voit le man de iwconfig avant) pour accrocher ton infrastructure.
tu dois aussi renseigner ces éléments dans /etc/network/interfaces
si tu as chargé ton pilote via ndiswrapper, tu dois inscrire ndiswrapper dans /etc/modules

tu scan les réseaux par iwlist (man iwlist)
tu surveilles les évenements par iwevent

Lol...avec les Acer, il faut autre chose pour activer le wifi : acer_acpi. Ce logiciel permet d'activer la carte au niveau matériel, sinon elle ne sera jamais active.
Je te conseille de suivre ce lien, tu y trouvera toutes les infos nécessaires sur l'installation de acer_acpi (que mumbly le fasse sur un système 64 bits ne change absolument rien pour acer_acpi wink )
