Bonjour,

Je me permets de vous solliciter car je ne parviens pas à passer sur la dernière version d'ubuntu. Je suis actuellement en version 9.10.
Voici le message retourné par le système après un

J'en appelle donc à vos connaissances... Pour info j'ai essayé le MAJ via l'alternate cd mais le message d'erreur reste identique.

tien ça me rappel du vécu ... si tu veux pas avoir à te battre
je te propose de tricher en utilisant la réinstallation par dessus sans formatage
personnellement c'est ce que j'ai fini par faire après avoir sauvé
ma liste des package précédemment installé pour les réinstallé après coups
je te laisse te documenter sur le sujet

J'avoue que j'y ai déjà pensé mais le principe me pose un peu problème....:/

ça me donne un peu la sensation de retomber dans les travers de certains éditeurs...

Et c'est vrai que dans l'absolu j'aurai bien aimé comprendre le pourquoi du comment de cet upgrade impossible.

Bonjour,

Via Système\Administration\Gestionnaire de mises à jour, j'ai fais toutes les mises-à-jour disponibles pour Ubuntu 9.10 64 bit.

Ensuite seulement, toujours via Système\Administration\Gestionnaire de mises à jour, j'ai accepté la mise-à-jour de la version.

Dans Système\Administration\Sources de logiciels, je suis sur "serveur principal" car j'ai eu un stress avec le serveur belge.

Malheureusement le résultat est le même. La seule différence est qu'il ne m'averti plus de la désactivation des dépôts tiers. Normal...

Je viens de vérifier et il n'y a pas de paquets cassés. Par contre je ne sais pas comment consulter ceux qui seraient éventuellement bloqués. Une idée? J'ai parcouru les options de filtre mais à priori rien pour les paquets bloqués.

aucun soucis pour les MAJ courantes... Les 3 commandes fonctionnent

Comme le proposais Korak, changer de serveur: passer de fr à principal (par exemple).
Sinon jettes un oeil dans /var/log/dist-upgrade/

Et si tu changes de serveur dans Système\Administration\Sources de logiciels?

Comme je le dis dans le post #7, le serveur principal m'a sauvé. Il contient des fois des mises-à-jour qui ne sont pas encore forcément sur le serveur "régional".

C'est la blague que j'ai eu et je ne savais pas faire la mise-à-jour 9.10 --> 10.04.

Sinon, une mise-à-jour via un CD Ubuntu 10.04, tu as testé?

Désolé Korak je n'avais pas compris ta suggestion. Mais ce qui me parait bizarre c'est que les paquets sont bien téléchargés.

Je n'ai pas le temps pour l'instant mais j'essaye la manip' aujourd'hui et je vous tiens au courant du résultat.

Pour le changement de serveur, le résultat reste le même.

Tu as bien le metapaquet ubuntu-desktop?
L'autre truc effectivement ça semble un paquet (ou dépendance) xserver qui mettrait le bord**. Je vois xserver-xorg-video-nouveau. Nouveau étant le driver nvidia intégré à Lucid, tu as essayé de faire ton upgrade avec ton driver nvidia désactivé.

edit: j'ai trouvé ça pour le moment qui ressemble très fortement à ton souci.

Le paquet ubuntu-desktop est bien installé.

Le problème décrit dans ton lien est effectivement très proche du mien.
Je n'ai pas de carte graphique Nvidia mais un chipset Intel. Je viens de vérifier avec un

 lspci | grep nvidia

et rien n'est retourné. Tout est géré par le controlleur Intel.

j'ai édité ma question j'ai oublié de te dire pourquoi .
Je ne suis pas devant Karmic actuellement, faudrait voir ce que tu as comme paquet installé pour xserver mais peut-être forcé l'installe de nouveau s'il est disponible (et peut-être aussi core).

edit: ou vérifier que les les dépences de xserver-all sont bien installés.
