Soucis Imprimante HP PSC1350

Bonjour,

Je viens vous trouver pour demander votre aide car je sèche complètement !!!
J'ai changer ma cartouche d'encre noire par une neuve aujourd'hui et lorsque je tente d'imprimer quelques chose de mon pc, il me sort une feuille blanche !!

Je précise du pc car lorsque je scanne en noir et blanc, ça fonctionne !
C'est à n'y rien comprendre !
Quelqu'un pour m'aider ?

Quelques infos supplémentaires quand même ....
J'ai suivi exactement ce tutoriel => http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/hplip

L'imprimante est reconnue puisque la page de test se lance.
Le soucis, c'est que ça n'imprime rien, elle reste désespérément blanche !

Bizarrement, lorsque j'éteins et rallume l'imprimante, elle lance l'alignement des cartouches qui s'imprime correctement et la fonction scanner imprime aussi...
Je ne comprends pas pourquoi lorsque je veux imprimer un feuille avec OOo, ça ne fonctionne pas !

Si tu lances l'alignement des cartouches depuis HPLIP ToolBox, il se fait ?
As tu rebooté ton PC depuis ?

Oui il imprime parfaitement la feuille
Re-oui, j'ai rebooter et fait dodo cette nuit
Mais pas lettre sous Ooo reste blanche à l'impression !

C'est seulement depuis ce moment que le bug est apparu ou en as-tu d'autres avant ça ? roll

C'est une imprimante que je viens d'acheter d'occasion (la mienne étant tombé en panne) donc.....

Et si tu fais un test d'impression par l'imprimante, est-ce que ça fonctionne correctement ?

Oui, ça marche aussi.
Il n'y a vraiment que lorsque je passe par un document à imprimer sur Ubuntu que ça n'imprime pas.... C'est à n'y rien comprendre !

Ok, alors c'est qu'il n'y pas de problèmes côté imprimante

Peut-tu avec synaptic rechercher les paquets hplip, puis nous dire ceux qui sont présents et ceux qui sont installés.

et lance en console: hp-check -t

Puis reporte le résultat ici entre les balises Code

OK, alors exécute ce code, tu peux le copier-coller en console avec terminal

sudo aptitude install --assume-yes cupsddk cupsddk-drivers libcupsys2-dev cupsys-bsd libcupsimage2-dev libdbus-1-dev build-essential openssl libjpeg62-dev libsnmp-dev libtool libusb-dev policykit policykit-gnome python-dev libsane-dev

Intstalle aussi les paquets: hplip-dbg et hplip-doc

ensuite relance: hp-check -t et redonne le résultat

J'ai essayé d'installer la dernière indiqué en bas :

Mais il me dit :

Aucun paquet ne va être installé, mis à jour ou enlevé.

Allez essaie encore une ...

sudo aptitude install --assume-yes cupsddk cupsddk-drivers

Peut-être est-ce un problème par rapport à la version, (dépendances périmées) ... On en est actuellement à la 3.10.2

relance hp-check -t pour vérifier qu'il n'y ait plus d'erreurs

et lance en console: hp-testpage puis dis ce qui se passe ...

J'ai le même soucis pour l'installer :

Initialisation de l'état des paquets... Fait
Aucun paquet ne va être installé, mis à jour ou enlevé.
0 paquets mis à jour, 0 nouvellement installés, 0 à enlever et 0 non mis à jour.
Il est nécessaire de télécharger 0o d'archives. Après dépaquetage, 0o seront utilisés.
Écriture de l'information d'état étendu... Fait
Lecture des listes de paquets... Fait
Construction de l'arbre des dépendances

Ceci dit, c'est de mieux en mieux.... ça n'imprime même plus la page de test, la feuille est blanche..... je vais pleurer la !!
L'alignement des cartouches imprime bien lui Tsssss

Regarde-voir une chose ...

As-tu dans la gestion des utilisateur un groupe lp (LP) et si oui, donne les droits au groupe

et relance: hp-testpage

Indique-moi s'il y a un code d'erreur dans la console ...

Le groupe lp existait, j'y ai rajouté "mary" (moi )
Pour le page de test, elle se lance et la feuille reste blanche, mais pas d'erreur dans la console :

Les niveaux d'encre sont-ils correct ?

La couleur vide

Mais si je demande une impression noire et blanc (pour un doc) ça ne devrait pas avoir d'incidence.... La preuve : ça imprime la page d'alignement des cartouches !

Alors, j'ai suivi ce qui était marqué sur la feuille qu'il m'a imprimé quand j'ai changé la cartouche.
C'est à dire, mettre la dites feuille dans le scanner et appuyer sur "numérisation"
Donc, on va dire OUI

OK, alors voilà ce que j'ai trouvé en Anglais ...

I have an HP PSC 1210 and I needed to insert a new color cartridge to make it printing again. I also got white pages before.

Cela aurait apparemment une incidence sur le fonctionnement de l'impression par rapport aux tests d'impression

As-tu une cartouche de couleur de réserve, pourrais-tu la changer, vérifier les niveaux avec hplip et refaire un test d'impression s'il te plaît ...

Bein va falloir investir dans une cartouche couleur.... Je n'en ai pas en reserve !
Mais je vais avoir les boulettes si ça ne marche toujours pas après ca !!

J'irai en chercher une et je viendrais ici te donner le résultat
