Erreur avec les mis a jour [RESOLUE]

Bonjour a tous;
J'ai un problème de mis a jour depuis un bon moment quand je fait mis a jours sous le mode graphique ou terminal j'obtiens ceci:

Failed to fetch http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/lucid-updates/Release  Unable to find expected entry  restricte/binary-i386/Packages in Meta-index file (malformed Release file?)
Some index files failed to download, they have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

Et cela même si je change de  serveurs j'ai essayer plein de serveur( y compris le serveur main ou le best server )
et j'ai bien chercher dans le web sans trouver de réponse (je suis nul aussi désoler)

(il manque un 'd' à la fin...)

[edit:]
ouvre ton sources.list :

gksudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

sur la fin, trouve le dépôt qui pose problème, et rajoute un 'd'.
Enregistre et ferme.
Fais ta mise à jour.

Cela fonctionne apparemment mais regardez ce que j'ai maintenant je pense que j'ai fait une fausse manip hier qui a fait que j'ai des mis a jour vielle :

Dans ton sources.list supprime les lignes qui ne correspondent pas à Lucid.

Je pense que ce dépot

a un rapport avec Empathy quand j'avais un problème avec j'étaie contraint de l'ajouter (j'en suis pas sure)
mais vue que j'en ai plus besoin je pense que je le supprimerai avec les autres

Pour avoir un sources.list correct, copie/colle ces lignes dans ton sources.list (supprime tout le reste) :
