impossibilite de reinstaller vlc

Bonjour.

Ma femme a toucher a tout et a desinstaller vlc ( je ne sais pas comment elle a fait ).

J'essaye de le reinstaller depuis synaptic mais il me mets une erreur:

vlc:
  Dépend : vlc-nox (=1.0.6-1ubuntu1.1) mais 1.1.2-1~ppa1 doit être installé
Dépend : libvlccore2 mais ne doit pas être installé
  Recommande : vlc-plugin-pulse (=1.0.6-1ubuntu1.1) mais 1.1.2-1~ppa1 doit être installé

J'ai fait quelques recherches mais en vain.

Comment faire ?

Tu devrais poster ton sources.list pour commencer .

cat /etc/apt/sources.list

Et changer de mot de passe root, aussi... Histoire que ta femme ne puisses plus faire de conneries

J'ai cherche un petit peu et j'ai trouve un depot remplacant celui de christophe korn http://www.jellykernel.org/2010/08/video/dernieres-versions-de-vlc-sous-lucid-cas-desesperes/

J'ai rejoute le depot ppa:gnome-media-player-development/development et cela m'a permis de reinstaller vlc sans soucis.

pour ton problème il faut que tu t'en prennes a la personne qui a activé les dépôts proposed
commences par commenter par # la ligne de ton sources.list

# deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ lucid-proposed restricted main multiverse universe

puis dans un terminal

sudo apt-get remove --purge vlc*
sudo apt-get autoremove
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install vlc
