Connectland WIRE-N-USB-R - Connexion impossible - 10.10 - wifi
Bonjour à vous
Je me présente rapidement, Pierre, 21 ans, j'ai utilisé ubuntu pendant plusieurs années avant de repasser sous Windows (pour photoshop, je suis webdesigner) et je voudrais quand même avoir un dual boot Tux/Win (tout ca pour dire que je connais un peux ubuntu)
Le probleme :
J'ai un pc fixe avec un dongle de marque Connectland (le WIRE-N-USB-R lien vers le site du constructeur).
Ma distrib est la 10.10 téléchargée et installée hier (donc en théorie à jour).
Alors, concrètement, quand je boot avec le dongle branché sur ma prise USB NetworkManager me propose d'activer le wifi (par défaut il est coché, normal), comme si ca marchait. Le problème est qu'il ne trouve pas les réseaux.
J'ai donc testé de me connecter à un réseau invisible, j'ai mis les bonnes infos etc .. mais quand je lui dit de ce connecter il ne fait même pas semblant d'essayer, il me dit direct "Vous n'êtes connecté à aucun réseau".
(Pour moi premier truc bizarre, parce que si je vire le dongle il ne me propose plus le wifi .. donc il reconnait le dongle sans le reconnaitre ..)
Bien entendu j'ai voulu foutre un peu le bordel (bha oui, je reviens pas sous tux pour enfiler des perles) :
J'ai voulu installer le driver avec un ami que j'avais pas revu depuis Feisty, Ndiswrapper.
Le driver proposé sur le site du constructeur (lien direct vers le .zip) est un .exe, j'ai donc voulu le cabextracter, il me l'a extrait mais il me sort une 10aine de fichiers avec des noms du genre _456016DDQAS565602 et aucun .inf
Bon, je télécharge donc une autre archive zip appelée "Auto-Install-Pilotes" (lien direct vers le zip), en gros les drivers + des applis pourries pour win. Là dedans je trouve un .inf "SiS163u.INF".
Je recommence avec avec ndiswrapper (procédure classique), arrivé à ndiswrapper -l il me dit "Unvalid driver !" et en effet il n'y a rien qui marche, j'ai quand même finit la procédure ndiswrapper mais ça donne rien.
S'est bien sur suivie une visite chez google mais j'ai rien trouvé d'intéressant.
