modifier Grub edubuntu ?

bonjour tout le monde

voikla mon menu list il est en lecture seul je voudrai le modifier un peu de la sorte pour metrre windows en defaul etc...

ou alor changer de Grub SI POSSIBLE car il est tro laid lol ;=)
