Ré-installation de Kubuntu

Bonjour,

je suis nouveau dans le systéme Linux et j'ai installer Kubuntu depuis quelques temps. Uout marchait bien jusqu'au moment où mon Adept Manager s'est bloqué et mon terminal me boude.
Puis-je ré installer Kubuntu sans perdre la configuration actuelle de mon ordi (bureau, programmes, fichiers, ...)?
un peu comme avec W...... quand on fait une restauration ou une réinstallation. Pardon pour la comparaison

Salut,
ce que tu peux faire pour garder la configuration de ton ordi c'est faire une copie de tout les fichier et dossier qui ce trouve dans ton home, avec ceux qui sont cachées (Dans un autre disque dur ou sur une clé USB).
et après quand tu as réinstallé ton Kubuntu tu peut le remettre a la même place les fichier que tu a copié et t'aurais de nouveau tout tes configs .

Ok merci bien mais c'est justement la manip que je cherchais à éviter.
Il semble donc qu'il n'y ait pas d'autre issue.

D'autre part j'ai un soucis avec Adept:
"The APT Database could not be opened! This may be caused by incorrect APT configuration or some similar problem. Try running apt-setup and apt-get update in terminal and see if it helps to resolve the problem."

Si je fais apt-setup:
sudo: apt-setup: command not found

Si je fais apt-get update:
E: Ligne 1 mal formée dans la liste des sources /etc/apt/sources.list (analyse de distribution)

Que faire?

Sa doit être un problème dans ton source.list
Tu pourrais faire un copie de ton sources.list dans un message? comme sa je peu voir si je détecte un défaut

Bonjour,

T'as vraiment un sources.list bien remplit, trop à mon avis, avec tous ces dépôts non-officiels tu auras nécessairement des problèmes un de ces quatre (encore un sale coup d'Automatix ça, non?).

Pour l'instant, c'est la première ligne qui est mal formée et qui pose problème. Supprimes là, et tout ce qui vient en commentaire avec elle, c'est à dire ça :

En fait je te conseillerai carrément de remplacer ton sources.list par celui-ci, beaucoup plus sûr :

T'as vraiment un sources.list bien remplit, trop à mon avis, avec tous ces dépôt non-officiels tu auras nécessairement des problèmes un de ces quatre

Dois-je sélectionner  ce que tu as mis dans le forum et le coller dans mon terminal?

Avec un peu de recherche dans la doc tu aurais facilement trouvé comment procéder, et cela ne justifiait pas de créer un nouveau sujet pour le même problème, d'ailleurs tu n'ais pas plus avancé, tu te retrouves toujours au même point.

Donc pour quand même répondre à ta deuxième question, tu tapes :

kdesu kate /etc/apt/sources.list

puis tu effaces la totalité de ton sources.list que tu remplaces par tout ce que je t'ai posté. Tu enregistres et tu fermes ce fichier.
Puis, dans ton terminal tu mets à jour avec cette commande

sudo apt-get update

Je te suis pas là, on t'as indiqué comment remplacer ton ancien sources.list par le nouveau que je t'ai posté, c'est pas la même chose?
En faisant ça tu vas évidemment supprimer lignes contenues dans l'ancien, c'est logique non??

Sinon franchement, sous KDE le

kate: not found

c'est pas possible, ou je sais pas comment. Je crois pas qu'Automatix ou qu'un autre script aille jusqu'à désinstaller kate de ton système.

Enfin, sinon tentes quand même

sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

Je suis désolé de vous perturber mais je ne suis pas assez claé en utilisation de linux pour vous tendre des pièges.
Tout ce que je mets est vrai.
Si je comprends bien je prends le sources.list que tu m"as donné, je fais copier et je le colle dans mon terminal direct après "sudo" ? ou je dois taper une commande?
Navré de vous embêter avec ce genre de questions mais je suis novice dans tous ces domaines

Ok, je t'explique en détail.
Kate est un éditeur de texte un peu comme Wordpad ou le Bloc Note de Windows (en 10 fois plus puissant, mais passons...).
En tapant

kdesu kate /etc/apt/sources.list

tu ouvres le fichier /etc/apt/sources.list (ton sources.list donc) que tu pourras ainsi modifier très simplement en supprimant les anciennes lignes puis en ajoutant les nouvelles par copié/collé depuis le forum. Tu enregistres ensuite le fichier en cliquant sur l'icone prévu à cet effet et tu fermes.
La commande

sudo apt-get update

permet ensuite que les modifications soient prises en compte.

Le fait que tu ais "kate: command not found" est particulièrement étrange, cela signifie que le programme kate n'est pas installé sur ton système, alors qu'il s'agit d'une application par défaut du système kubuntu.
Gedit est l'équivalent de kate sous Gnome.

Évidemment, ça ne marche pas comme ça. Il te faut nécessairement utiliser un éditeur de texte comme kate. Comme je te l'explique dans mon post précédent.

Tu peux aussi essayer avec kwrite

kdesu kwrite /etc/apt/sources.list

Il ne faut pas utiliser sudo + kdesu, ces deux commandes font la même chose. sudo c'est pour les commandes qui restent dans un terminal alors que kdesu c'est pour les applis graphiques (comme kate).

Sinon t'as essayé avec kwrite?

Après tu peux aussi le faire en console avec vi, mais il est un peu plus complexe à maitriser (voir là : http://www.themanualpage.org/unix/vi.php)
C'est la commande :

sudo vi /etc/apt/sources.list
