Nouvelle mise à jour de compiz-fusion et probleme

Bonsoir
Ce soir j'ai fait les mises à jour de compiz-fusion et depuis sur certaines fenetres (comme la demande de mot de passe par exemple), seul le contour persiste et reste au dessus des autres fenetres (l'intérieur de cette fenetre est transparent)
le seul moyen de régler le bug est de faire un metacity --replace et ensuite un compiz --replace
je vous joins le message d'erreur quand je relance compiz dans une console :

j'ai désactiver compiz et emerald et je suis repassé sous une session gnome classique, j'attends des mises à jour

Lancer ccsm
Cliquer sur preferences
Dans la section backend choisir Flat-file Configuration Backend
Relancer compiz-fusion (Alt+F2 et taper compiz --replace)

Je viens juste d'installer Ubuntu et je n'arrive pas à installer la bibliotheque permettant  de lire les dvd sur medibuntu.

@ sebastien1001, on ne poste pas sur un fil de discussion qui n'a rien à voir avec ton problème.
Voir les Règles du Forum.
Tu ouvres un autre post dans le Forum "Multimedia" pour ton souci.

pour francky_51 j'ai vérifié mais je suis deja configuré comme tu m'as dit de le faire donc le probleme doit venir d'ailleurs...
en fait le bug ne se produit qu'à l'ouverture de la fenetre qui me demande mon mot de passe quand je veux faire des mises à jour
je vais attendre une nouvelle version de compiz-fusion et on verra bien

suite aux mises a jour d'aujourd'hui de compiz fusion,  plus aucun acces a des modifications dans ccsm...
quelqu'un peut il m'aider?
la manip de francky 51 (message #5) m'a permis de recuperer compiz, mais ensuite??? quasi plus aucun plugin ne fonctionne...;
help!

Une fois mis à jour, vous devez supprimer le dossier ~/.config/compiz


EDIT: bon ben apparement, sa sert à rien.... :s

Pour ma par meme bug, donc j'ai desinstalle tous les paquet compiz fusion le fichier de config de compiz reinstallé le tout puis un ptit compiz --replace, et emerald --replace et c'est reparti...Mais c'est un peu mou au niveau vitesse de rotation

Suite à la mise à jour des dépôts aujourd'hui
j'ai eu le même problème ou un problème approchant
que j'ai résolu en désactivant tout
puis en réactivant un à un les boutons jusqu' à tomber sur le screensaver qui me faisait "planter" fusion (retour à kwin).
Donc exit le screensaver

et le 3Ddesktop ben heu
je vais dire qu'il est moins bien qu'avant
(nul le cube qui tourne derrière des fenetres fixes et qui disparaissent quand tu es sur l'autre face) hmm

Peut on revenir a la version précedente??? et surtout comment???

J ai également des fenetre noirs qui s affiche apres que 5 fenetre soit affiché, je dois les redimenssionner a la main pour que le noir s en aille s est pas pratique!!!

J'ai pire.Compiz crash toute les deux secondes pour différentes raisons, affichage d'un menu dans Firefox, demande de mot de passe avec gksu, notification avec Gajim ou juste pour rien.

Depuis la dernière MAJ j'ai des core dump, c'est bien dommage.
Comme je le dis, plus je fais de MAJ et plus compiz-fusion est instable parce que dans les débuts de compiz-fusion ca marchait nikel sans aucun soucis...

Comme je le dis, plus je fais de MAJ et plus compiz-fusion est instable parce que dans les débuts de compiz-fusion ca marchait nikel sans aucun soucis...

Tu devrais refaire une réinstallation (supression et rechargement ) des paquets compiz fusion y compris du fichier dans ton /home/tasession/.compizconfig

Cela pourrait arranger fortement les choses si tu remettait un à un les plugins que tu as besoin et cela cernerait tes problèmes

car question stabilité je le trouve moi de plus en plus stable (mis à part certain plugin comme les fenetres 3D qui sont en pleine mutation)
et là ça mute pas mal big_smile

Pour supprimer completement compiz faut supprimer quoi niveau fichiers de config ?? j'ai pas .compizconfig, y a sinon dans .gconf/apps/compiz .config/compiz et sinon je vois pas d'autre truc

Bonjour !

Je ne sais pas si c'est lié à la mise à jour, mais après avoir changé ma carte graphique pour une Nvidia Géforce 7600GT, j'ai complètement réinstallé compiz-fusion qui ne marchait pas bien sous ATI et que j'avais donc désinstallé.
Tour marche très bien, si ce n'est que je ne peux pas régler quoi que ce soit avec CompigConfig Settings Manager : toutes les cases à cocher-décocher (certaines sont déjà cochées  et d'autres décochées) sont grisées !!!
Ce qui est ennuyeux, car certaines réglages ne semblent pas pertinents : par exemple, en faisant tourner le cube du bureau, les fenêtres déjà ouvertes restent en avant plan et ne tournent pas !
J'ai essayé de désinstaller et réinstaller l'ensemble des paquets plusieurs fois, et respectant scrupuleusement l'ordre, mais rien n'y fait !
Merci de votre aide !
P.S. J'avais Beryl et Emerald auparant. Resterait-il des fichiers cachée de Beryl qui interfèreraient ? Et si oui, ou les trouver et comment m'en débarrasser ? Ce n'est qu'une hypothèse, mais tous mes anciens réglages Emerald-Beryl sont restés (le thème notamment).

Rien que faire un alt+tab (selecteur de fenêtre) et ca me crash à la tronche => enfin ce qui est bien c'est que ca crash pas X lol

t'es reparti de zero pour reconfigurer compiz ? (tout décocher)

j'ai pas .compizconfig, y a sinon dans .gconf/apps/compiz .config/compiz

par contre je suis sous kde donc les fichiers de config sur gnome je ne sais pas où ils doivent se trouver
(renomment les fichiers trouvés éventuellement)
mais sans démarrer compiz sinon le fichier de config se réinscrit (quitte ta session et reviens dessus)
redémarre compiz-fusion (version 0.5.2~git20070912)
