[RESOLU] Chevauchement des partitions & Redimensionnement

Bonjour !

En ce moment j'ai un soucis, Gparted ne reconnait pas les partitions que mon DD contient.

Je suis en Dual Boot Win/Xubuntu (de base) et je souhaite redimensionner la partition de Linux car j'ai accès aux partition de Win sous linux !

Je vous mets les impressions écran de mon soucis.

Partition

J'ai deux solutions :

  • Soit je supprime completement la partition linux pour Réinstaller soit Ubuntu soit Linux Mint

  • Soit je redimensionne juste la partition et la partition libre je l'intègre a Win !


Je souhaite que la partition de linux soit la plus petite possible !!

C'est ça le plus inquiétant....
Avant de tout casser, fait un rapport boot-info pour connaître exactement l'état du partitionnement.

Ton soucis vient du fait que ton linux existant est installé dans une partition logique.
Les partitions logiques sont des sous ensembles d'une partition étendue et un partition étendue n'est modifiable que si elle est vide....
En fait, tu n'as que 9,6Go de linux installé que tu peux backuper dans un fichier sur les 176Go qui te reste de libre dans sda2

Comme sous linux tout est possible, le principe est de créer un fichier vide de 10Go sur sda2, de le formatter en ext4 pour conserver les attributs linux, de copier dedans du Xubuntu, de virer les partitions sd5 et sda6, de redimensionner la partition étendue en la laissant à la fin du disque pour faire un 'trou', de récréer les deux partitions ext4 et swap et enfin de recopier le contenu du fichier formaté dans la nouvelle sda5.

SI tu te sens d'attaque je te donne la procédure

Okay je veux bien avoir la procédure mais il ne serait pas plus simple de supprimer la partition de linux le redéfinir a Win et puis remettre Ubuntu 12.04 ?? en ne mettant qu'une partition de 10 ou 30 Go ??

Si tu n'as rien d'important dans ta partition Linux, c'est sûr que ça ira plus vite de la détruite avec son swap, de redimensionner ta partition sda2 et ne laissant que 30Go à la fin, puis de créer une étendue avec sda5 et sd6 dedans.

Il faut démarrer sur un Live et lancer Gparted, mais je crois que c'est là ton soucis ?

Bon, si Windows démarre, tu télécharges Mini Partition Tool et tu le lances en mode administrateur.
C'est l'équivalent de gparted sous Windows, cela permettra de voir si lui aussi trouve des erreurs avant de faire une bétise.

Si il a réussi à virer la partition étendue qui contenait ubuntu et que ça s'est bien passé, alors oui tu peux faire le resize.
Mais fait lui faire chaque opération une par une et contrôle à chaque fois que c'est ok.
N'hésite pas à sortir de MiniTool et de le relancer pour être sûr.

Je suppose que celle que tu appelles la partition C c'est celle de 518Go en deuxième position dans le disque (j'ai pas les images).
Alors oui, mais je ne comprends pas pourquoi tu parles de "l'étendre vers la ext4", tu ne l'as pas supprimé ?
