Fabien.r : à l'origine je m'attendais à ce que la dernière ligne "BIOS-e820" se termine sur une valeur plus haute.
0x134000000 = 5 167 382 528
Chez moi, ça termine à :
0x22fffffff = 9 395 240 959
... ce qui est plus proche de 8 Go
À la limite tu peux nous donner l'intégralité des premières lignes de dmesg, jusqu'à "Memory:" que tu nous as déjà montrée ?
Mais je ne suis même pas sûr que ça nous apportera quelque chose :
J'ai bien l'impression que le noyau ne voit pas les 8 Go... C'est étrange.
Comme l'a suggéré Josepe36, peux-tu nous donner le retour de la commande suivante ?

Bon, personnellement je me vois forcé d'abandonner... Je ne vois pas d'où ça peut venir... Peut-être que le paramètre "mem" du noyau peut en effet faire quelque chose. Menfin ça fait de nombreuses années que je n'en ai pas eu besoin, je pensais que c'était du passé...

ici on voit bien les 4 slots mémoires correspondant aux barrettes mémoires.
Ma déduction est la suivante, au vu des résultats c'est le module qui ne veut pas gérer la ram au dessus des 4 gigas.
Sans garantir le résultat a 100% et vu que c'est entiérement réversible et innofensif pour ton systéme je te conseil d'essayer le passage de paramétre au noyaux comme expliquer plus haut.

Niet.
"Maximum Memory Module Size" c'est la taille maximale d'un module de mémoire, autrement dit d'une barrette de RAM.
Taille maxi d'une barrette 4 Go, 4 emplacement pour des barrettes, ça donne un maximum de 16 Go au total, c'est logique.
Du coup ta déduction est erronée...
Par contre de toute manière je ne vois pas d'autre test à faire que de tenter le paramètre au noyau, au boot...

Bon je pense que ça vient vraiment de la carte mère,
j'ai fait quelques testes en faisant plusieurs combinaisons de 3 barrettes et j'ai obtenu :
-4Go
-6Go
-2Go (oui oui...)
Je n'ai pas réussi à obtenir qu'une fois les 6Go mais je n'y arrive plus, étrange...
Mais ce qui me surprend le plus c'est que plusieurs fois je n'avais que 2Go (au lieu de 6 en théorie)

As tu essayer le passage de paramétre ?
si tu ne veux pas éditer le fichier grub.cfg, au prompt du grub tu tape sur la touche e et a la suite de la ligne concernant le noyau tu rajoute simplement ce que j'ai indiqué plus haut.

Je n'en suis pas sûr, je n'ai pas l’expérience pour ça, mais c'est vraiment le ressenti que j'ai.
Pourquoi, à cause du comportement aléatoire que j'ai pu observé, en mettant 3 barrettes de 2Go dans le PC, Ubuntu et Windows détectent 2, 4 ou 6Go de RAM suivant comment sont placé les barrettes. En ce moment seul 2Go sont détecté alors que j'ai 2 barrettes installé et que hier 4Go étaient détecté...
Je n'ai pas essayé le passage par paramètre, je ne connais pas la procédure à suivre. Mais même si cette méthode fonctionne, ça ne résoudra le problème que pour 1 des 2 OS non?
