Probleme de resolution (driver Nvida)

bonjour,
voila 2 fois que je tente d installer les driver Nvida (pour une 7600gt/Belinea 19")
La 1 er par le gestionnair proprietair puis par ligne de commande.
Le resulta est le meme inspossible de motifier la resolution (bloquer en 640x350 50hz) et aussi ecran sombre par endroit mais que en VGA. (en DVI que le probleme de resolution)

As-tu essayé de lancer nvidia-settings dans une console ? A lancer en root si tu veux pouvoir sauvegarder les modifs dans /etc/X11/xorg.conf.

Si les drivers proprios sont installés le programme devrit être présent.

Oui le programe est present,mais j arrive pas a change la resolution...:mad:

sudo dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg

pour essayer de redetecter ton matériel.

C'est depuis que Chuck Norris a laissé la vie sauve à un manchot que l'on dit que Linux est libre.

Chuck Norris n'a pas besoin d'éditer son premier message pour ajouter [Résolu]. Chuck Norris est toujours [Résolu], quoi qu'il arrive.

voila le resulta:

le meteriel a l air d etre reconnu (du moins je pense ...)
Le probleme viens plustot de l ecran qui est mal reconnu.. (je dois dire une connerie la...)

il y a pas un moyen de forcer la resulotion 800x600 ,histoire que je puis deinstaller le pilote Nvida...

Si tu a pu installer le driver propriétaire Nvidia, il faut ouvrir une console: Accessoires -> Terminal
Dans cette console tu vas taper: sudo nvidia-settings

Apres avoir entré ton password la fenêtre de config Nvidia devrait apparaà®tre.

Dans Xserver Display Configuration, choisis tes préférences et valide avec le bouton: Save to X Configuration File

Je peux pas en dire plus.

PS. Edite ton fichier /etc/X11/xorg.conf et remplace nv par nvidia mais le sujet a été largement abordé ici et est même dans la documentation. Donc je te laisse faire des recherches.

Mes connaissance en linux me premettent pas d aller plus loin!

Pas fait pour le grand publique en clair...

PK y a t il une interface graphique au fait? si elle sert a rien!!!???
