Déconnexion intempestive WIFI - Ubuntu 12.04

Bonjour,

Tout d'abord je vous souhaite à tous une très bonne année 2014 !

Je sollicite votre aide concernant un problème de connexion en wifi. Je parviens à me connecter à ma freebox sans problème, mais je perds la connexion assez souvent mais de manière irrégulière... Je me déconnecte puis me reconnecte via l'icône wifi de la "barre des tâches", mais je suis obligé de réitérer ces opérations plusieurs fois pour avoir une connexion stable... du moins jusqu'à la prochaine déconnexion...

Bonjour

J'avais eu le même genre de problème que vous il y a quelque temps (mais avec une autre clé wifi). Dans mon cas, le problème venait d'un défaut dans le pilote de la clé wifi pré-installé dans Ubuntu. J'ai résolu le problème en installant un driver téléchargé sur le site de Realtek.

Selon les retours de commandes postés, votre clé wifi semble être une Hercules HWGUm-54. D'après ce fil, le chipset correspondant est RTL8192su. Vous pouvez télécharger un pilote correspondant à ce chipset sur cette page (attention, bien prendre le driver correspondant au chipset RTL8192SU, et non RTL8191SU).

Pour installer le pilote, il vous faut d'abord télécharger les outils de compilation :

sudo apt-get install build-essential

Ensuite décompressez l’archive dans votre répertoire personnel. Vous devriez alors pouvoir installer le pilote via les commandes suivantes :

cd ~/rtl8712_8188_8191_8192SU_usb_linux_v2.6.6.0.20120405
sudo ./install.sh

Peut-être vous faudra-t-il blacklister le pilote actuellement utilisé.

Une autre solution serait d'installer le pilote Windows via Ndiswrapper. Pour cela, voir le fil susmentionné.

J'ai lu votre réponse mais avant d'essayer, je ne sais pas comment "blacklister" le pilote actuellement utilisé. Je ne voudrais donc pas me retrouver bloquer... Pourriez-vous m'indiquer comment m'y prendre le cas échéant?
