http://paste.ubuntu.com/7461534/
http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/boot-repair

bcdedit /enum firmware

=================== Final advice in case of recommended repair
Please do not forget to make your BIOS boot on sda2/efi/.../grub*.efi file!
You may want to retry after activating the [Backup and rename Windows EFI files] option.
=================== Default settings
Recommended-Repair
This setting would purge (in order to sign-grub upgrade version) and reinstall the grub-efi-amd64-signed of sda7, using the following options: upgrade-grub sda2/boot/efi,
Additional repair would be performed: unhide-bootmenu-10s fix-windows-boot

gksudo nautilus /boot/efi/EFI/

sudo apt-get install gksudo
Ensuite, on l'utilise
gksudo nautilus /boot/efi/EFI/

This was resolved by upgrading the BIOS to the last version (from Toshiba support Web site - e.g. for this laptop from 1.00 to 1.30).
Now the laptop can boot, with secure boot mode on, from Grub menu: Ubuntu, Windows 8, system setup (UEFI) without any problem.
