[Résolu] Impossible de verrouiller /var/cache/apt/pkgcache.bin
Bonjour, gros souci ce matin :s
Lorsque j'ouvre synaptic ou l'update manager, je me retrouve avec cette erreur là, et impossible d'installer un paquet ou de mettre à jour le système
E: Impossible de verrouiller /var/cache/apt/pkgcache.bin - open (13 Permission non accordée)
E: Impossible d'ouvrir ou d'analyser le fichier contenant la liste des états ou celui des paquets disponibles.
E: _cache->open() failed, please report.
J'ai essayé dpkg --configure -a et apt-get -f install ça ne change rien
Quand je fais apt-get update ça fait pareil
E: Impossible de verrouiller /var/cache/apt/pkgcache.bin - open (13 Permission non accordée)
E: Les listes de paquets ou le fichier « status » ne peuvent être analysés ou lus.
En somme impossible d'accéder au fichier /var/cache/apt/pkgcache.bin. J'ai tout essayé: rm, mv, shred, le tout en mode root j'obtiens toujours le même "permission denied"
Je ne sais pas comment faire. Quelqu'un a-t-il une idée?

Ah oui j'ai aussi tenté de supprimer ce fichier à partir de debian et intrepid que j'ai installés sur des partitions adjacentes et j'obtiens exactement le même "permission denied"

Qu'entends-tu par le mode root? sudo?
Et si tu fais un :
sudo ls -l /var/cache/apt/pkgcache.bin ça donne quoi ?

oui quand je dis mode root je voulais dire sudo. J'ai également essayé dans le recovery mode en tant que root, même résultat
ta commande me donne
ls: ne peut accéder /var/cache/apt/pkgcache.bin: Permission non accordée
Impossible de faire quoi que ce soit sur ce fichier..

Là c'est super bizarre.
Il faudrait démarrer en Livecd et tenter une réparation du filesystem / en le démontant d'abord :
sudo umount -a pas de soucis sur les messages d'erreur
sudo fsck -f -y /dev/ta_partition_root
ensuite il faudrait la remonter :
sudo mount /dev/ta_partition_root /mnt
puis tenter un :
sudo ls -l /mnt/var/cache/apt

Merci pour ton aide, jeanjd63, j'avoue que je n'avais pas pensé à faire un checkdisk.
Je suis en train de le faire à partir d'une autre partition. Ma partition Hardy est en reiserfs, j'ai fait fsck et il m'a dit que certains problèmes ne pouvaient être corrigés qu'en mettant l'option --rebuild-tree. Voila le check est fini, j'ai l'impression que ça a corrigé 2-3 trucs.

Formidable, le problème est résolu. C'était donc une erreur dans le système de fichier.
