Erreur manip dans le grub
Bonsoir,
Je viens de faire une mauvaise manip et changé un chiffre, Ubuntu ne redemarre pas, là je suis en live cd, j'avais fait une sauvegarde du grub sur le bureau, comment le retrouver et le rectifier, d'avance merci.

Je suppose que tu parle du fichier /boot/grub/menu.lst c'est bien ca?
Pour accéder à ton bureau, il faut que tu montes la partition sur laquelle il se trouve. Si tu as fais 2 partitions séparées pour / et pour /home, c'est sur la partition /home il me semble.
Je fais comme si tu n'as qu'une partition sur ton système, adapte si c'est pas le cas.
Une fois que tu as monté ta partition, tu fais (dans un terminal) :
sudo mv /point_de_montage/home/ton_login/Bureau/menu.lst.bak /point_de_montage/boot/grub/menu.lst
Et normalement c'est bon.

Merci pour ta réponse Jidey, j'ai fait un copier-coller, Ubuntu ne veut rien savoir,j'ai un message d'erreur:
file system check failled
A log is being saved in /var/log/fdsk/checkfs if that location is vritable.
Donc il faudrai que je trouve ce log.
En réalité c'est le fichier grub que je dois rectifier ou changer, j'ai vu sur le net: grub.conf ?

C'est quels chiffres que tu as changé?
Et ce que tu as posté, c'est pas le fichier grub.conf (ca existe ca d'ailleurs grub.conf? jamais utilisé moi...), c'est le fichier menu.lst
En fait, si tu pouvais me dire ce que tu cherchais à faire, et quel(s) fichier(s) tu as bidouillé exactement, ça m'aiderait pas mal ^^'

En Livecd tu peux donner les résultats de :
sudo ls -l /dev/disk/by-uuid/
sudo fdisk -l
et lister le fichier /etc/fstab qui doit se trouver sur la même partition que menu.lst :

Peux-tu aussi lister le fichier menu.lst de /dev/sdb2 (entre balises
Code
) :
sudo gedit /mnt/boot/grub/menu.lst
Sinon il semble y avoir un problème sur ta partition /home;
tu peux lancer une réparation :
sudo umount /dev/sdb3 on ne répare jamais une partition montée
puis
sudo fsck -f -y /dev/sdb3

/dev/sdb3 est monté.
AVERTISSEMENT !!! L'exécution d'e2fsck sur un système de fichiers monté
peut causer des dommages SÉVÈRES au système de fichiers.

Sinon il semble y avoir un problème sur ta partition /home;
tu peux lancer une réparation :
sudo umount /dev/sdb3 on ne répare jamais une partition montée
puis
sudo fsck -f -y /dev/sdb3
Tu réponds n puis tu démontes et recommences
