je viens d'installer ubuntu 16.04 sur mon pc mais les mises à jour ne fonctionnent pas :

Y a pas de version pour xenial dans le ppa --> il faut donc le supprimer...

Ce n'est pas au niveau du sources.list, le problème vient du ppa Tualatrix qui n'existe pas (encore ?) sous Xenial (voir là https://launchpad.net/~tualatrix/+archive/ubuntu/next)
Les ppa sont enregistrés dans /etc/apt/sources.list.d, tu peux les voir avec :
ls /etc/apt/sources.list.dPour régler le problème et faire la mise à jour :
sudo rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/tualatrix-ubuntu-next-xenial.* && sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgradeHors ligne

Par contre j'ai l'impression que c'est bizarre d'avoir un si petit résultat de la commande update :

Le paquet Exaile n'est pas dans les dépôts officiels et le PPA n'existe pas pour Xenial.

Faut essayer de trouver un deb ailleurs, peut-être sur le site officiel, ou encore dans un dépôts précédents et voir s'il s'installe sur Xenial sans problème de dépendance.
Tu peux aussi essayer de le compiler à partir des sources, mais c'est un peu plus complexe.

Il devrait être bientôt disponible dans le ppa nilarimogard/webupd8 (https://launchpad.net/~nilarimogard/+ar … tu/webupd8) qui existe déjà pour Xenial.
En attendant, tu peux y récupérer la version pour vivid, elle semble fonctionner sur Xenial.
Un conseil, pour installer un deb manuellement, utilise gdebi, qui gère automatiquement les dépendances à partir des dépôts, c'est nettement plus simple. Pour l'installer :
sudo apt-get install gdebiClic-droit ensuite sur le deb à installer.
PS : lorsque tu repères un PPA, assure-toi qu'il existe bien pour Ubuntu 16.04 avant de l'installer, sinon ça ne marchera pas.
Au pire, comme on le fait ici pour Exaile, tu peux toujours essayer de récupérer directement un deb prévu pour une version précédente (cliquer sur "view package list") et essayer de l'installer manuellement. Sans garanties bien sûr.

Juste une chose,
Vue que Xenial vient de sortir et que petit à petit , les applications de la version Trusty passe en Xenial, il n'était pas nécessaire de la supprimer ainsi mais juste le désactiver le temps qu'une version xenial apparaisse par exemple en mettant un "#" devant l'adresse
reste en suite à vérifier l'adresse qui, peut-être était aussi en Trusty, la aussi, remplacer "Trusty" par "Xenial'
