[Resolu] GRUB ne détecte pas windows 10 après l'installation

Bonjour,
Sur portable MSI GP72 6QE Leopard pro avec Win10.
J'ai forcé l’arrêt complet de Windows pour éviter une mise en veille (hibernation de $W par défaut)
J'ai partitionné le disque pour recevoir Xubuntu.
J'ai installé Xubuntu16.04.1 en dual boot avec Windows 10 à partir d'une clé USB.
L'installation s'est bien passé et Xubuntu fonctionne correctement.
Sous Xubuntu je peux lire le contenu de la partition Windows.
Mais, au reboot, grub ne me propose pas Windows !!!
Sous Xubuntu, j'ai lancé :

sudo grub-install /dev/sda
Installation pour la plate-forme i386-pc
Installation terminée, sans erreur.

sudo os-prober
/dev/sda1:Windows 10 (loader):Windows:chain

Mais lorsque je lance :

sudo update-grub
Création du fichier de configuration GRUB…

Image mémoire initiale trouvée : /boot/initrd.img-4.4.0-57-generic

Curieux : Il ne me trouve pas Windows !!!

N'oubliez pas de régler votre BIOS pour qu'il amorce sur le disque sda (480GB) !

Les fichiers de démarrage de [L'OS actuellement utilisé - Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS] sont loin du début du disque. Votre BIOS pourrait ne pas les détecter. Vous voudrez peut-être re-essayer après avoir créé une partition /boot (EXT4, >200MB, en début de disque). Cela peut être réalisé via des outils tels que gParted. Puis sélectionnez cette partition via l'option [Partition /boot séparée :] de [Réparateur de démarrage]. (http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/tutoriel/partition_boot)

J'ai trouvé comment débloquer ce problème :
Le fichier /etc/default/grub contenait l'option :

GRUB_DISABLE_OS_PROBER="true"

en passant cette option à "false", puis en relançant

sudo update-grub
Création du fichier de configuration GRUB…
Image Linux trouvée : /boot/vmlinuz-4.4.0-57-generic
Image mémoire initiale trouvée : /boot/initrd.img-4.4.0-57-generic
Image Linux trouvée : /boot/vmlinuz-4.4.0-53-generic
Image mémoire initiale trouvée : /boot/initrd.img-4.4.0-53-generic
Found memtest86+ image: /boot/memtest86+.elf
Found memtest86+ image: /boot/memtest86+.bin
Windows 10 (loader) trouvé sur /dev/sda1
fait

Il trouve Win10 !!
En rebootant, je trouve bien Win10 que je peux lancer sans soucis.

Oui, installation de Win 10 après Xubuntu
1er install : Xubuntu , pas de dual boot, donc GRUB_DISABLE_OS_PROBER placé à "true" par le système
2eme install : Win10

C'est vrai je suis fatigué par les excès de ce passage à la nouvelle année mais je ne comprends pas ta réponse. Pourrais-tu donner une explication plus détaillée ?

Bonjour Malbo.
Tous mes voeux pour cette année.

Ne te laisses pas intimider. Ce n'est pas parce qu'on est en 2017 que le windows natif sait écrire dans les partitions formatées en EXT4...
Ce n'est pas l'installateur windows qui a fait cette modif.... Elle a probablement été faite avec un outil de customisation du grub.
Tu vois, je ne veux pas écrire son nom...

C'est bien probable que cette ligne "GRUB_DISABLE_OS_PROBER="true"" ait été créée avec l'aide de cette vacherie de Grub Customizer puisque bicounet18 l'a déjà utilisé comme on peut le voir dans ce post : https://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.php?id=1996686 (on y voit une ligne qui mentionne "ppa.launchpad.net/danielrichter2007/grub-customizer")
