dual boot (W7 & Ubuntu 16.04) et chiffrement...

Bonjour à tou-te-s,
Essayant d'installer ubuntu-studio manuellement en dual boot, malgré toutes les pages que j'ai visionnées pour y parvenir, je n'arrive pas à chiffrer mon linux. Soit il ne veut pas du swap parce que c'est une partition vulnérable, soit il manque le swap et c'est galère à encaisser, mais il accepte (j'ai voulu essayer pour voir sans) et il me dit, après avoir commencé l'installation que le grub ne peut pas être installé, donc l'installe plante...
Je développe:
      - J'ai ma partition prête à recevoir ubuntu, donc je commence à exécuter ce qui est dit ici: https://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/installation_ … _du_disque
Je crée une partition primaire /boot
Puis je crée une partition logique à chiffrer.
Je ne vois pas comment créer un VG (volume group) et je ne suis pas sûr de moi quant aux proportions de mon montage ni des points de montage.
Par ailleurs, sur d'autres pages, comme celle-ci quelques propositions sont faites par ligne de commande, mais pour une installation en live usb comment entrer en root?

Enfin, mon projet est de monter en dual boot pour faire du montage vidéo et de la photo. et j'ai un disque avec beaucoup de place (1,4To et une ram à 8Go) donc je voulais aussi essayer d'avoir une zone de partage ntfs entre les deux OS, mais bon... J'aime faire le grand écart, ou bien je plane complet?

Je te déconseille de chiffrer ton Linux parce que ça fait pleurer quand ça merde (*). Contente-toi de chiffrer tes données mais pas ton installation toute entière. Demande conseil pour cela dans la rubrique spécialisée du forum : Sécurité

(*) exemple ICI : "Je reste très étonné qu'une simple coupure de courant suffise pour anéantir un OS et mettre en péril toutes les données de ma vie, je suis dévasté et n'arrive toujours pas à réaliser...."

Ok, merci pour ta réponse.
Maintenant, j'ai une autre machine qui tourne sur debian, et tout est chiffré, et je n'ai jamais eu de problème, donc je vais aller voir dans les liens que tu me suggeres, car même si je pense que je vais suivre ton conseil, je suis tout de même curieux de comprendre mieux tout ça...
Et j'y pense, mais j'ai déjà essayer sur d'autres machines de faire du chiffrement seulement sur le home, mais aussi en dual boot (W) et ça m'a toujours donné cette réponse d'impossibilité de chiffrer à cause du swap...
J'attends un peu de voir si d'autres réponses viennent ou   de continuer cette discussion et de régler la question, ou je la transfère dans les questions sécurité?

A mon avis, tu peux signaler aux modérateurs (clic sur "Signaler aux modérateurs" qui est écrit en rouge en bas à droite du post) pour qu'ils déplacent la discussion dans la rubrique "Sécurité" du forum.

Alors on va rester là, car petit problème avec le grub...
Même en tentant une installation automatique, et même sans chiffrer quoi que ce soit, la machine s'arrête en cours d'installation à cause d'une erreur de grub.
Donc j'essaye de suivre des propositions, et voilà que je lance repair boot mais qui n'en finit pas depuis plus de 6h avec la fenetre boot-repair où il est écrit: "Purge Kernels then reinstall last kernel sda5 (ins). This may require several minutes..." et une bande bleu qui fait des allers-retours sans cesse.

Merci de m'aiguiller sur le problème et (si possible) de bien m'expliquer d'où il vient de façon à comprendre mieux tout ça!!!

Oui, ça démarre bien sur windows qui semble fonctionnel, je fais quelques teste pour l'occasion , mais je ne m'en sers pas pour l'instant puisque je m’évertue à installer le dual boot...

C'est trop vague ta description du problème. Il y a plusieurs étapes lors de l'installation. Peux-tu décrire ce que tu sélectionnes à chaque étape ? Et s'agissant le "l'erreur de grub", soit tu décris ce que tu vois sur l'écran (quel contenu précis du message), soit tu prends une photo mais il faut qu'on puisse savoir de quelle erreur il s'agit.

ok, pardon,
J'ai réessayé l'installation sans chiffrement. J'ai choisi installer à côté de windows.
Voici ce que dit le message d'erreur:

Le paquet grub-efi-amd64-signed n'a pas pu être installé dans /target/. En l'absence du programme de démarrage GRUB, le système installé ne pourra pas démarrer.

J'ai essayé hier de démarrer sur grub2, mais j'ai eu un écran noir et des phrases hors cadre dont je ne lisais que la fin en bas à droite:

Là j'étais entrain d'effacer windows pour installer completement ubuntu dessus, quand j'ai lu ton message. Si tu as besoin que l'on continue dans ces recherches, il faut que je relance une installation de windows pour retenter l'installation d'ubuntu ensuite, puisque le windows a été écrasé quand j'ai commencé à lancer l'installation sur le disque entier... résultat:

Dans le Boot-Info dont tu as donné le lien dans le post #13, je vois encore "crypto_LUKS", ce qui signifie que tu cherches encore à faire une installation chiffrée. Désolé mais je ne comprends pas ce que tu fais puisque tu as noté dans le post #11 : "J'ai réessayé l'installation sans chiffrement." et là je revois encore du chiffrement...

Je t'ai donné toutes les informations, si j'ai voulu ne pas chiffrer en dual boot, c'est que ça semblait compliqué, voir ingérable, sans compter les autres difficultés que tu as déjà rencontrées avec d'autres personnes. N'ayant pas envie de passer ma vie à installer un dual, j'ai abandonné l'idée pour me mettre avec un os unique, donc le chiffrer!
Ensuite, ayant lancé l'opération, je te propose de revenir sur ma décision pour chercher à comprendre le probleme et faire ainsi avancer la recherche, c'est à dire pour rendre service!!!
Qui est sourd?
merci de bien vouloir me répondre (au besoin en privé, mais je ne sais pas si on peut faire ça ni comment.
