blocages aléatoires au logo Ubuntu (16.04 LTS / MSI CX62 6QD-248XFR)
Bonjour,
J'ai installé un MSI MSI CX62 6QD-248XFR avec un SSD M.2 de 120 GB pour le système Ubuntu 16.04 LTS et une RAM portée à 8 GB
Le disque mécanique servant pour /home
Je n'ai plus qu'un accès avec Teamviewer à cet ordi.
Je ne sais plus où j'ai placé le swap
De manière aléatoire, pas systématiquement, le démarrage se stoppe indéfiniment sur le gros texte (logo) Ubuntu avec les points en dessous.
Je n'ai pas encore trouvé d'autres solutions que de donner à faire CTRL-ALT-SUPPR et le redémarrage s'effectue correctement.
Je vais fournir un boot-info dès que j'ai de nouveau accès à la machine.
Je ne comprends pas ce comportement non systématique et relativement peu occurrent.
Serait-ce un mauvais arrêt ou un arrêt incomplet qui force un runlevel 1 ?
J'espère que le boot-info sera utile même si la machine a démarré normalement.

La référence "MSI CX-62 CQD-248XFR" que tu as indiquée dans le titre de la discussion et dans le post #1 est fausse. Je pense que la référence correcte est "MSI CX62 6QD-248XFR" (ce n'est pas CQD mais 6QD) qu'on peut voir sur cette page. Peux-tu confirmer que c'est bien la bonne référence ? Si oui, je te prie de rectifier le titre de la discussion et le post #1 en conséquence et de noter que ce modèle "CX62 6QD-248XFR" figure déjà dans la Liste des portables « MSI »

Merci malbo, c'est corrigé. Je ne fais d'habitude que des copier / coller des références mais là j'ai dû mal saisir.
« l'option de démarrage "nouveau.blacklist=1 acpi=off" semble être importante »
Je ne l'ai pas utilisée pour booter le DVD d'installation et elle n'est pas fixée non plus depuis.
Je n'ai pas suivi le tuto dédié https://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.php?id=1976971
notamment pour les paramètres du BIOS. Et je ne peux plus intervenir sur ces paramètres.
La vérité, c'est que je ne sais plus ce que j'ai respecté à l'installation.
Il est évoqué :
« Je pense que ça ira mieux quand le support des CPU Skylake sera complet et l'arrivée de Wayland pour les puces Nvidia. La 16.04 devrait introduire cela, mais il faudra attendre que nvidia suive »
Je ne sais plus quoi faire et quoi ne pas faire.
À priori, j'ai loupé le tuto à l'install et j'ai fait ça solo ; c'est un peu idiot.
Il sert encore mon boot-info ?

Fais quand même ton Boot-Info depuis une session de ton Ubuntu installé en suivant ce tuto et donne l'URL de ce Boot-Info dans ta réponse.

Je ne souhaite pas tout mélanger évidemment, je donne les informations que je trouve notables.
Mon install n'est pas terrible : pas de /boot débutant et un trop gros swap (1,5 x la RAM) et j'ai réservé une partition pour root.
Je viens d'apprendre que la machine a subi des arrêts brutaux (OFF 4 secondes) malgré la consigne donnée de ne pas le faire

Les fichiers de démarrage de [L'OS actuellement utilisé - Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS] sont loin du début du disque. Votre BIOS pourrait ne pas les détecter. Vous voudrez peut-être re-essayer après avoir créé une partition /boot (EXT4, >200MB, en début de disque). Cela peut être réalisé via des outils tels que gParted. Puis sélectionnez cette partition via l'option [Partition /boot séparée :] de [Boot-Repair]. (http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/tutoriel/partition_boot)

On y voit ce que tu as indiqué à la fin de ton post #5 ("j'ai réservé une partition pour root"). Peux-tu expliquer pourquoi tu as créé une partition dédiée à être montée dans /root (si tu as suivi sur ce point les préconisations d'un tuto ou d'un post quelque part, donne le lien) ?

J'ai créé une partition pour le répertoire root de manière instinctive, sans suivre de tuto.
J'avais pour idée d'y conserver les pages d'information, les tutos et les éléments de maintenance. En dehors de l'espace pour les utilisateurs.
Elle ne m'est pas vraiment utile au final. C'est une expérimentation sans grand intérêt jusqu'à présent.
Il y a juste l'espace du répertoire root qui n'est pas pris au SSD.
Il me faut maintenant si besoin un accès physique au portable pour modifier le partitionnement.
Les partitions sont peu remplies même avec un petit SSD de 120 GB
L'usage qui est fait du portable est des plus communs ; Bureautique, navigation, lecture de musique et de simples vidéos ; Projection ultérieurement.
Il m'a été difficile nerveusement d'ouvrir cette fragile coque entière pour placer le SSD et la RAM ; Je crois avoir perdu la garantie de ce fait.
Je n'ai pas eu le temps de bien étudier l'installation ensuite. J'ai fait comme j'ai pu sur le moment. Cela remonte à plusieurs mois.

Quelles peuvent être les causes pour que le démarrage se stoppe indéfiniment sur le gros texte (logo) Ubuntu avec les points en dessous ?
Comment diagnostiquer ce problème ?
