Bonsoir à tous,

Suite à des plantages récurrents de mon système et après plusieurs rapports bisnext, nous soupçonnons (merci à ??) quelques logiciels dont les paquets sont cassés:

Salut

Je ne suis pas encore coutumier des rapports bisnext, du coup je ne sais pas à quoi correspondent les abréviations dans la liste des "Paquets cassés" (iBA et pB).
En tout cas la première commande à lancer est :

sudo apt-get install -f

donne le résultat.

On va attendre le résultat du dpkg --configure -a, mais je n'ai pas l'impression qu'il y ait des paquets cassés.
On peut interroger directement les paquets concernés :

dpkg -l | grep libgeos-c1v5
dpkg -l | grep linux-image-generic-lts-vivid

et lancer un autoremove voir si il vire des noyaux :

sudo apt-get autoremove

Tu n'as donc pas de paquets cassés, mais comme le rappelle moko138, des petits problèmes sur un disque dur.
On peut quand même désinstaller quelques vieux noyaux pour faire un peu de ménage :

sudo apt-get purge linux-headers-3.13.0-125 linux-headers-3.13.0-125-generic linux-headers-3.13.0-128 linux-headers-3.13.0-128-generic  
sudo apt-get purge linux-headers-4.4.0-81 linux-headers-4.4.0-81-generic linux-image-4.4.0-81-generic linux-image-extra-4.4.0-81-generic

tu peux répéter la 2e ligne en remplaçant 4.4.0-81 par 4.4.0-83, 4.4.0-87 et 4.4.0-89, pour ainsi ne garder que les deux plus récents (4.4.0-91 et 4.4.0-92)

Merci xabilon, j'ai nettoyé les kernels jusqu'aux deux plus récents.
Pour les 3.13, je les avais gardés car je pensais qu'ils étaient utiles à certains logiciels..., qu'en penses-tu?

J'avais, en effet, vu les interventions de moko138 mais ne comprenais pas bien.
Pouvez-vous m'indiquer quel type de problème de disque et comment y remédier?

Pour moi, ce disque est à remplacer.

La priorité, si ce n'est pas déjà fait, est de sauvegarder ailleurs les données qui s'y trouvent (pour celles qui sont encore lisibles, sachant que les 21 secteurs HS, s'ils portent des données, les rendront illisibles).

Ça a l'air le bazar dans tes PPA pour le peu qu'on puisse en lire dans le rapport bismachin gloubiblouga (qui t'a installé des trucs au passage!)
Redonne :

cat /etc/apt/sources.list
ls /etc/apt/sources.list.d -1

Pour avoir un retour lisible

Tu peux déjà en urgence virer nilarimogard en tentant :

sudo apt-get install ppa-purge
sudo ppa-purge ppa:nilarimogard/webupd8

(pas sûr qu'il obéisse)

ppa:ubuntugis/ppa ne m'a pas l'air beaucoup plus sain.

Côté santé de ton disque, redonne :

sudo smartctl -a /dev/sda

Pour les paquets marqués cassés par aptitude je t'ai répondu vois la réponse dans le fil de bisnext. Le problème vient d'autre chose, et dans le rapport je ne vois rien d'évident pour l'expliquer.

Le disque sdb a des secteurs défectueux mais je ne pense pas que ça vienne de là puisque ton système est sur le disque sda. Problème logiciel ou matériel ? sans message d'erreur explicite c'est pas simple.

J'avais noté que le disque SDB avait quelques petits problèmes. J'avais aussi noté qu'il n'y avait pas de logiciel.
Je considère que UBUNTU est maintenant assez mature pour ne pas se planter qu'il ne peut pas accéder aux secteurs de DATA. Je n'avais donc pas évoqué ce problème.

Utiliser REFIND au lieu du GRUB https://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/refind . Aidez à vous faire dépanner en suivant le guide et en utilisant les outils de diagnostic J'ai perdu ma gomme. Désolé pour les fautes d'orthographes non corrigées.

Les données perso supportées par le disque WDC WD20EARS-00MVWB0  [2,00 TB] sont plus précieuses que le système.

@?? oui, je préfère la syllabique à la globale, outre les trucs rock'n roll qui polluent déjà l'install (nilaribidule) ça permet éventuellement de voir des trucs commentés qui ont pu interférer.
Après, j'ai bien vu que les trucs peuvent être utilisés et là aussi j'aime comprendre.
Maintenant, tant que cette install porte des trucs toxiques, aucun avis ne peut être serein.
Première étape : s'en débarrasser (proprement si possible, au karscher sinon)
