=================== Suggested repair
The default repair of the Boot-Repair utility would reinstall the grub2 of sdb1 into the MBRs of all disks (except live-disks and removable disks without OS).
Additional repair would be performed: unhide-bootmenu-10s
=================== Final advice in case of suggested repair
Please do not forget to make your BIOS boot on sdb (ATA Samsung SSD 840) disk!
The boot files of [Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS] are far from the start of the disk. Your BIOS may not detect them. You may want to retry after creating a /boot partition (EXT4, >200MB, start of the disk). This can be performed via tools such as gParted. Then select this partition via the [Separate /boot partition:] option of [Boot-Repair]. (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/BootPartition)
=================== User settings
The settings chosen by the user will not act on the boot.

description: VGA compatible controller
product: Cedar [Radeon HD 5000/6000/7350/8350 Series]
vendor: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI]

=================== Suggested repair
The boot files of [Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS] are far from the start of the disk.
=================== User settings
The settings chosen by the user will not act on the boot.

============================= Boot Info Summary: ===============================
=> Grub2 (v2.00) is installed in the MBR of /dev/sda and looks at sector 1 of
the same hard drive for core.img. core.img is at this location and looks
for /boot/grub. It also embeds following components:
modules
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
fshelp ext2 part_msdos biosdisk search_fs_uuid
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
config script
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
search.fs_uuid d9f9c694-123e-45ed-a703-f3735c5951a4 root hd1,msdos1
set prefix=($root)'/boot/grub'

Drive: sdb _____________________________________________________________________
Disk /dev/sdb: 111.8 GiB, 120034123776 bytes, 234441648 sectors
Units: sectors of 1 * 512 = 512 bytes
Sector size (logical/physical): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
I/O size (minimum/optimal): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
Disklabel type: dos
Partition Boot Start Sector End Sector # of Sectors Id System
/dev/sdb1 2,048 222,009,343 222,007,296 83 Linux
/dev/sdb2 222,011,390 234,440,703 12,429,314 5 Extended
/dev/sdb5 222,011,392 234,440,703 12,429,312 82 Linux swap / Solaris

=================== Suggested repair
The default repair of the Boot-Repair utility would reinstall the grub2 of sdb1 into the MBRs of all disks (except live-disks and removable disks without OS).
Additional repair would be performed: unhide-bootmenu-10s
=================== Final advice in case of suggested repair

* grub-pc/install_devices: /dev/disk/by-id/ata-WDC_WD10EADS-65M2B1_WD-WCAV59290957
devras apparaître comme ceci :
* grub-pc/install_devices: /dev/disk/by-id/ata-Samsung_SSD_840_Series_S19HNSAD639771R
