Problème de détection réseau

J'ai un petit problème sur xubuntu
J'ai pour seule modem mon téléphone
La connexion wifi est a une barre quand mon téléphone est posé sur mon ordi et perd la conexion si je le pose a coté de mon ordinateur.
La connexion est correcte quand mon téléphone est branché.
J'ai essayé la connexion sur d'autre ordi et ça marche.

Je suis désolé c'est la première fois que je poste un message pour demander de l'aide et ne sais pas quoi donner comme info suplémentaire. (d'habitude je trouve toujours ma solution en fouillant sur le forum)

Tente la solution proposée par toutafai :

Essayer cette modification, facilement "réversible" :

sudo nano /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf

A la fin du fichier, rajouter la ligne suivante :

blacklist asus_nb_wmi

Enregistrer la modification, rebooter et tester si le wifi est ok

PS : Pour annuler la modification, il suffit simplement de supprimer la ligne ajoutée, enregistrer et rebooter

j'ai fait 

sudo modprobe -r ath9k

et je ne capte pas mieu le réseau. Faut il que je reboot après ces commandes ou ce n'est pas la peine?

Je me demande si il y a un moyen pour voir si c'est un problème de matériel ou un problème purement informatique.
