[Résolu] Récupération de données EXT4 / accès système ou réinstall

Bonjour tout le monde,

Je survole ma situation rapidement afin de présenter le contexte de mon problème qui j'espère trouvera une solution;

Ancien usager de windows, j'ai enfin passer le pas pour être 100% linuxien;
J'ai donc formater entièrement le hdd (sata) de mon portable _il y a 2 ou 3 semaines_;
J'y ai installé la dernière version de Ubuntu LTS (20.04.*);
Je précise c'est avec un boot uefi.
C'est un disque de 500Go, avec donc les deux partitions qui se créées lors d'une installation classique : j'ai mis 100Go pour la première (system) et 400Go pour la seconde (ext4); il restait un espace libre de 1Mo après.
Lors de l'installation j'avais de connecté un clavier gamer usb, et une souris.

Cette semaine j'ai voulu utilisé mon pc chez ma copine, je n'ai pas pris le clavier/souris;
Ubuntu ne démarre pas, je tombe sur le shell.
Je démarre le pc avec un live-usb, l'outil Disque et Q-Parted me permet bien de voir les 3 partitions crées lors de l'installation. Je ne suis pas sur si à ce moment là je pouvais accéder à mes données hmm je pensais pouvoir facilement régler ce prob de démarrage.
Je lance plusieurs fois l'outil de réparation de démarrage (boot-repair) inclus dans Ubuntu (même version) a travers une version live-usb, sans succès.

Après une recherche sur le web et ici, je fais sur le terminal une réparation des erreurs avec (si je me rappelle bien) fsck;
j'ai pas pris de photo de la ligne de commande, mais j'en ai une fois l'outil lancé (elles sont malheureusement incomplètes), ça donne _en extrait_:

Donc en gros, pas moyen de démarrer : erreur d'I/O;
après une autre recherche je me rends compte que c'est peut-être du au fait que le clavier avec lequel j'ai installé et toujours utilisé qui n'était pas branché;
si j'aurais su ... mais bon le mal est fait.

Après la réparation de toutes les erreurs (nombreuses) je n'ai plus accès qu'a l'interface en ligne de commande de grub; (pas grub rescue)

et plus moyens de faire des commandes pour travailler sur le dd.

En relançant une version live-ubuntu, dans l'outil "disque" et Q-parted, mon disque apparaît comme sans partitions, le disque est bien reconnu mais on ne me propose que de créer des partitions, formater, ... (cela même en étant connecté par usb en disque externe)

Heureusement avec l'outil boot-repair j'ai pu récupérer des fichers et notamment "partition_table.dmp"
et une "current_mbr.img". (j'ai aussi boot-repair.log, boot-info_20200829_**.txt pour 3jours, le fichier partition est identique)

Les données à récupérer sont sur la partition 2 de 400Go (ext4); il y a environ 70Go de données, principalement des photos et des fichiers textes (le plus important), après de la musique, quelques films et vidéos.

Ayant lu quelques discussions, j'ai vu que ça pouvait davantage endommager le dd du coup j'ai préféré poster pour être sur de pouvoir récupérer mes données.

Via l'outil Disque (ou Q-parted) j'ai vu que l'on pouvait réécrire la table de partition, du coup je voudrais savoir si :
1- je peux utiliser les fichiers partition_table et current_mbr pour recréer le boot initial et réutiliser mon pc tel quel sans avoir à réinstaller ?
2- recréer la table de partition avec le fichier .dmp et accéder à mes fichiers, les sauvegarder; puis ensuite formater et réinstaller Ubuntu ?

-> pour réécrire la table de partition, je suppose que c'est mieux que je remettre mon DD dans le pc pour qu'il soit reconnu en sda, plutôt que de le garder connecter en externe; merci de me confirmer
-> quand je remet le dd dans le pc et boot, je tombe sur le grub en ligne de commande, est-ce que c'est mieux de passer par là pour réécrire la table de partition (j'ai récupéré un pdf avec les commandes de grub mais je ne sais pas s'il s'agit de la même version que celui installé sur mon pc; sinon quelle seraient les commandes), ou de le faire avec une live-usb et l'outil Disque/Q-parted ?

3- quelles sont les autres manip qui peuvent augmentés la probabilité de récupération de mes données ?

Bonjour

Alors de suite je te dis "STOP" : la première des choses en cas de soucis de pertes de données est de ne plus rien faire!

Comprends que tes données sont récupérables, voir mêmes restaurer ton disque, à la condition qu'aucunes autres données n'est été écrites dessus, et que le disque dur fonctionne correctement.

Utilise un live-cd, celui que tu as sous la main et installe testdisk, il est présent dans les dépôts.

Munis toi également d'un support amovible d'une taille équivalente ou supérieur a ton disque.

Lance testdisk avec les droits root depuis une session live.

Ne tente pas de réparer le mbr ou autre mais préfère recopier la ou les partitions  perdu voir une image disque, il est plus facile de travailler sur une image disque, cela évite d'écraser , abîmer ou perdre les données du disque.

Si tu as récupérer les images des partitions ou du disque complet en lieu sur, tu peux te permettre de travailler sur le disque.

Rends toi sur la doc officiel de testdisk pour plus d'info, en cas de difficulté n'hésite pas à poster ici avec les logs de testdisk.

Salut Yannou,

déjà merci pour ta réponse.
depuis que j'ai posté ma requête je n'ai pas essayé de me servir du disque.
j'ai pas répondu avant parce que je n'étais pas chez moi.

Là je l'ai remis dans le pc portable et j'ai démarré en live-usb, dans Q-parted et Disque mon disque réapparaît avec la table de partitions correct !
En faite la partition 1 (sda1) fait 537mo en FAT elle se monte normalement et le contenu semble correct : elle contient un dossier EFI qui lui même contient un dossier BOTT et un autre ubuntu.
Concernant la partition 2 (sda2) elle fait 465,26go en ext4 (il y a 64,26gio utilisé) mais même si j'arrive à la monter, elle prend un peu plus de temps que dab (+/-2s) mais dans l'explorateur de fichier elle m'affiche comme si il n'y avait pas de fichiers, rien...
quand le un fait "ls" sur le dossier via le terminal ça me met "Erreur d'entré/sortie" ...

Bon je vois quel dde utiliser pour faire une copie et je revient après l'avoir fait.

Avant d'utiliser testdisk, il faut dupliquer le disque  ou la partition de données sur un autre disque avec ddrescue.
Pour bien utiliser ddrescue il faut d'abord faire un état du disque avec gsmartcontrol   afin de savoir si c'est jouable sans trop de risques

Donc, en "live-usb"

sudo apt-get install --no-install-recommends smartmontools 
sudo smartctl -s on -a /dev/sdX

en remplaçant X par la bonne lettre.

sudo add-apt-repository "deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu $(lsb_release -sc) universe"
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt install gddrescue

Pour la suite on verra.
   L'idée serait de seulement dupliquer la partition de données de 400 Go dans une autre partition d'un autre disque
    Sinon, c'est la duplication entière du disque    dans un autre disque qui est alors détruit ou dans un fichier de 500 Go. Mais   la codification de la récupération est un peu plus difficile car il faut ajouter la fonctionnalité loop

Tu peux rebrancher ton disque dans l'ordinateur à condition de toujours booter avec le support d'installation.
ou mettre un nouveau disque à la place dans le but d'économiser les prises USB3 si tu n'en as pas beaucoup.

NOTA. Il est possible que certains de tes fichiers aient été migré dans le répertoire "lost+found" suite à la commande "fsck"

salut,

merci pour vos réponses.

pour info, le disque est donc bien remis à sa place et depuis je n'ai que démarrer sur une live-usb.

j'ai fait les manip proposé par geole après avoir installé smartctl et ddrescue
et je viens de lancer une copie de la partition 2 de mon dd interne, en suivant les indications sur la page https://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/ddrescue,
j'ai lancé :

sudo ddrescue -f -n -b512 /dev/sda2 /dev/sdc1 /home/ubuntu/log-recup/suivi

a priori j'en ai pour 3/4h ...
je n'ai pas enregistré dans un fichier vu que j'ai un disque complet a dispo (formater pour l'occasion en fat32)


ensuite je ferais la commande dmesg comme demandé par Yannou (je le fais après parce que dans ddrescue il disait de ne pas monter le disque, ce qui (me semble) nécessaire pour avoir des infos avec dmesg ..

je vous reviens d'ici quelques heures

(une fois la copie faite je ne sais pas comment faire)

Bon courage.

Il n'est pas trop tard pour publier le rapport smartctl. j'espère que tu t'en es servi pour mettre le paramétre  -b512

S'il y a plantage, laisse ton ordinateur tourner afin de pouvoir repartir avec le fichier de suivi.

tu aurais du créer une petite partition qui aurait hébergé le fichier de suivi car je ne pense pas que ton support d'installation soit persistant.

La durée dépend de la difficulté de lire les secteurs en mauvais états qui vont être rencontrés.
Cela peut durer des jours.

Une fois la copie faite, il faut lui faire un fsck
puis tu peux alors accéder normalement aux fichiers en bon état
et aux fichiers en mauvais état du répertoire lost+found.
Tu peux ne pas avoir tout récupéré.
Dans ce cas, tu sauvegardes tout ce que tu as récupéré correctement ailleurs puis tu supprimes avec la fonctionnalité wipe qui écrase en mettant des zéros à la place des fichiers. Il te restera alors à lancer photorec pour tenter de récupérer ce qui à été oublié.

oui pas sur a 100% pour le b512 mais il me semble bien que c'était bien 512 octects  par secteur.

Je vais voir pour récupérer le rapport de smartctl (en photo au pire car là je suis avec un autre pc à coté pour laisser la copie se faire seule et éviter les troub)

Le support usb-live est bien persistent, j'ai mis 4go, celle d'avant en avait qu'un et je l'avais remplis; ça me laissera plus de place.


à date, sur le ddrescue j'ai casi 13% du disque fait (64go+/-) , 0 bad-sector, 0 bad areas, 3 read errors,
le current-rate est à 44105kb/s (ça change);

étant donné qu'il n'y a que environ 70go de données et le reste vierge, je ne sais pas s'il copie l'espace avec les données ou celui vide (?); s'il copie les données, une fois que les 70go seront copié ça ne devrait pas durée beaucoup plus longtemps.

je suis entrain de regarder les infos sur testdisk

p-s: j'ai pris des photos du rendu de smartctl, je les poste après ou je mets de liens vers un service d'hébergement si ça ne passe pas ici
j'ai 88go de fait (+/- 18% du disque)

Il copie tous les secteurs de la partition.
Certains de ces secteurs contiennent tes données, d'autres sont inutilisés mais il ne peut pas le savoir.
n'oublie pas que tes données sont étalées sur la totalité de la partition ext4 et pas à son début.
Rien ne presse pour le smart, tu pourras le refaire à la fin de la copie.

normalement pas besoin de s'inscrire pour accéder aux photos, j'ai testé en navigation privée.
en espérant que les photos sont en qualité suffisantes, sinon j'en prendrais des nouvelles ou essayerais d'exporter le contenu de la console.

p-s: j'en suis à 100go, par contre c'est marqué pass 1 (forwards) du à l'option -n si je me trompe pas;
du coup je pense que ça va durer plus longtemps.

en tout cas merci.

je reviens avec des news dès que j'en ai.

Je verrais si ça le fait encore avec le nouveau fsck.

je pensais que c'était du au clavier branché en usb qui est en azerty alors que le clavier intégré du portable est en qwerty (je le tiens de quand j'étudié au Québec) .. mais ça me fait bizarre que changer un clavier fasse planté le démarrage. je sais pas ce que tu en penses ...


anyway la prochaine installation, et mise en fr du système je la fait avec le clavier intégré sans rien connecté et je brancherais mes trucs une fois que l'install sera ok (je me sert de ce pc, qui est le plus que j'ai à dispo comme un pc de bureau avec un hub usb, clavier/souris usb)

p-s: ddrescue en est à 27%
pp-s : je viens de voir la modif de ton précédent msg qui parle de fsck ..

bon je ne comprends pas pourquoi mais hier ça a finit la récupération à 99,95%, il restait 225181kb de données a récupérer. et il m'a mis no space left, jsuis vert.

pourtant c'est bien un dde de 500go et la partition sda2 faisait 465go donc ça aurait fité ..

bon je viens de récupérer un dde de 1to que je pensais mort; mais en le branchant sur usb3 il se connecte bien; (je viens de voir comment reconnaitre si le port usb est un usb3 ou pas .. hmm on en apprend tout les jours _heureusement_)
bon du coup, je le formate et après je refais un ddrescue complet dessus.

Bonjour
Je ne sais pas qu'elle était la taille de ta première partition de récupération
Je crains que tu n'ais pas ajouté  1 Go de plus à la taille indiquée      à cause des arrondis.
Il est aussi possible que le boot-repair ait mémorisé une mauvaise valeur .

Pense à fournir un rapport smartcl  par copier/coller du résultat de l'écran. C'est beaucoup plus facile à lire qu'une photo.

Tu devrais aussi faire un rapport smartcl de ton nouveau disque de 1 To   au cas où il serait de mauvaise qualité.

la première partition du ddi (ddi pour dd interne pour référer au dd a recuperer) fait 537mo, elle contient le boot efi.

Si c'est le disque interne qui lâche,   il est en très mauvais état depuis probablement pas mal de temps.

Malgré son très jeune âge (1093 heures) il a déjà 232 secteurs qui sont fichus. Heureusement il a pensé à les remplacer
et il a de la réserve     (Pas loin de  23200)
Mais son taux d'efficacité d'accès  (compteur 1) n'est que de 51%

Ce smartctl est pour le ddi de 500go, celui dont je cherche a récupérer les données ...
si il est en mauvais état je verrais soit pour acheter un nouveau soit en mettre un autre.

Ce disque est en très bon état.     c'était donc  le disque récepteur de la duplication, si j'ai bien compris

J'en déduis que le disque émetteur était donc le premier     C'est à dire celui qui a des secteurs physiques de 4096 et pas de 512!
Si , tu dois repartir de zéro

ddrescue -f -n -b4096 /dev/sda2 /dev/sdc1 /home/ubuntu/log-recup/suivi4096

ok je viens de formater rapidement le dde 499go récepteur de la récup et de lancer la commande ddrescue.

j'aurais peut-être du utiliser directement le dde de 1to .. j’espère qu'il va pas me dire qu'il manque d'espace hmm

Assez incompréhensible.

Si le problème persiste , il faudra que tu copies le disque entier dans un autre disque qui n'aura pas besoin d'être formaté.

ddrescue -f -n -b4096 /dev/sda    /dev/sdc   /home/ubuntu/log-recup/suividisk
