C'est simplement que Numlock est activé => il te faut appuyer sur Numlock pour le désactiver
Mais je ne sais pas du tout où se trouve la touche NumLock sur ton clavier ou bien quel raccourci clavier il faudrait utiliser.

Si tu ne trouves pas quel raccourci utiliser sur le clavier de ton portable,
utilise un clavier externe (USB) qui aura la touche NumLock juste le temps de le désactiver,
puis tu débranches le clavier externe USB et tu fermes Ubuntu et éteins la machine => aux démarrages suivants, NumLock sera comme tu l'avais laissé <=> désactivé.

Pour purger les résidus de configuration marqués "rc" : 

sudo apt purge ~c

comme expliqué à la machine à café.

 5.13.0-30

Une itération 30 ?

Le noyau 5.13 est sur une itération 52 > linux-headers-generic.

Donne le retour de :

sudo apt update

Un noyau hwe-20.04 pas à jour, c’est peut-être dû à un défaut de sources.
Donne le retour de :

Depuis mon message #26, toujours pas de nouvelle de l'effet de cette touche NumLock sur ta machine,
pourtant, tu as bien pu constater que quand tu connectes (par bluetooth ou autre) un autre clavier, tes touches fonctionneront normalement quand NumLock est désactivé.

Mais je n'ai pas trouvé d'image du clavier de ton PC portable UNOWHY Y13G010S4EI donc je ne sais pas quel raccourci clavier ou quelle touche il faut utiliser pour activer/désactiver cette bascule NumLock

Je n'arrive pas à bien voir (sur la photographie donnée dans ton premier message) le dessin en bleu sur la touche F9,
mais c'est peut-être en faisant Fn+F9 que tu pourrais activer/désactiver cette bascule NumLock

Bien, donne le retour de :

sudo sed -i 's/^deb/deb [arch=amd64]/' /etc/apt/sources.list.d/miktex.list && cat /etc/apt/sources.list.d/miktex.list

Puis fais les mises à jour si ce n’est pas encore fait :

sudo apt full-upgrade

Et réponds aux questions de MicP.

C'est simplement que Numlock est activé => il te faut appuyer sur Numlock pour le désactiver

Si tu ne trouves pas quel raccourci utiliser sur le clavier de ton portable,
utilise un clavier externe (USB) qui aura la touche NumLock juste le temps de le désactiver,
puis tu débranches le clavier externe USB et tu fermes Ubuntu et éteins la machine => aux démarrages suivants, NumLock sera comme tu l'avais laissé <=> désactivé.

Pas de problème, content que ça fonctionne smile

Et de toutes façons tu n'auras pas perdu ton temps
puisque tout ce qui a été fait grâce à xubu1957 et nany était à faire.

EDIT : J'avais oublié de préciser que la touche NumLock est parfois repérée Verr. Num. sur les claviers français.
