Probleme wifi Freewifi/reseau personnel nm-manager et wicd

Bonjour,
Suite du probleme et rappel des faits:
J'ai mis a jour ubuntu en version 9.04.
Je n'arrive plus a me connecter a mon reseau personnel freebox. J'ai reboote la freebox pensant que cela venait d'une perte momentanée de connexion et j'ai alors vu apparaitre le reseau freewifi.
Suite a une reponse dans un autre post, j'ai cru comprendre que network-manager pouvait etre plante. J'ai donc installe a la place wicd. Mais pas d'amelioration.
Mon reseau personnel est bien vu, la clef WEP semble OK.
Mais wicd tourne sans arriver a se connecter avec un message: Obtaining IP adress puis s'arrete.

Le diagnostic est recopie ci-dessous. Il apparait bien sur freewifi dans le resultat de iwconfig, car j'utilise maintenant ce canal pour avoir internet. Mais lorsque je reviens sur mon reseau habituel, impossible de me connecter.
Sur la freebox, seule chose a dire: j'ai choisi le canal 11 (j'en ai teste d'autres, cela n'a rien changé au problème).

Bonsoir,

Perso, j'ai eu le même problème , que j'ai résolu en passant à wicd:). Mais même ainsi, il arrive parfois que je perdre la connexion sans pouvoir la retrouver, wicd cherchant à se reconnecter en boucle sans jamais y parvenir . 2 solutions, soit un reboot brutal, soit entrer quelques commandes au clavier tout en laissant wicd tenter de se connecter.
Tout d'abord, les problèmes avec FreeWifi tiennent au fait qu'il s'agit d'un point d'accès aussi puissant que ton réseau personnel, et que d'autre part il n'est pas sécurisé au sens où il ne requiert aucun mot de passe pour s'y connecter physiquement. Lorsque la connexion à ton réseau personnel ne se fait pas, pour toute raison imaginable, ton PC cherchera à se connecter au premier point d'accès ouvert, soit FreeWifi. Si tu tapes au terminal iwconfig, tu devrais voir que le ESSID du point d'accès est FreeWifi alors que ce devrait être le nom du point d'accès lié à ta freebox (ou à ton routeur si tu en utilise un avec la freebox en mode modem). La reconnexion que lance wicd n'y change malheureusement rien (bug). Il faut donc le changer manuellement en entrant successivement :
   sudo su (pour passer administrateur)
   iwconfig wlan0 essid "nom de ton point d'accès personnel"
   /etc/init.d/networking/restart
et là miracle, wicd se connecte:). Attention, si ça ne marche pas, n'hésite pas à reéxécuter la dernière ligne.
Voilà chez moi, cette manip de dernière extrémité fonctionne.

Au fait : as-tu bien paramétré wicd (ou network-manager) pour se connecter automatiquement sur ton réseau personnel et non sur ton hotspot?
