Partionnement avec GParted : quelques soucis ...
Bonsoir à tous,
Alors je viens d'avoir un nouvel ordi portable, avec Vista ( dont j'ai besoin pour travailler ), et j'installe à présent Ubuntu 9.04. Seul problème, le partitionnement :
J'avais une partition RECOVERY que j'ai supprimé, vu que j'ai les CD de réinstallation de Vista, ce qui m'a libéré 15 Go. Je voulais mettre un peu plus de place pour Ubuntu, alors j'ai réduit la partition Vista de 10 Go. Je précise que cette partition me servira également à stocker mes documents. Mais du coup, j'avais 2 espaces libres, un avant ma partition Vista et un après, pas moyen de les "rassembler". Alors j'ai libéré 25 Go de Vista, pour y installer Linux, en pensant pouvoir y rajouter l'espace de 15 Go de mon ancien RECOVERY. J'espère que vous avez compris. Problème : ça marche pas.
J'ai donc laissé 15 Go d'espace libre ( l'ancien RECOVERY ), en espérant que vous pourrez m'aider à le réaffecter à ma partition Vista.
Je sais que ma description est un peu compliquée, voilà donc un schéma récapitulatif :

Donc, si j'ai bien compris, tu veux
- Déplacer Vista au début du disque (à la place de la partition recovery
- Agrandir la partition Ubuntu d'une quinzaine de Go
C'est bien ça. Les partitions sont de quel type ?

Non je voudrais ajouter les 15Go à ma partition Vista.
Ma partition Vista est en NTFS, celle pour Linux en ext3.

J'ai regardé le lien mais je vois pas comment redimensionner vers "la droite" ou "la gauche" ...
Ah j'ai aussi oublié de préciser, j'ai 4Go de RAM, j'ai donc installé la version 64bits.

ou utilise le gestionnaire des disques de Windows Vista qui fournit lui-même une fonctionnalité de redimensionnement de partition

Hello, alors j'ai essayé l'outil de partitionnement de Vista, et j'obtiens ça :
Donc c'est bien conforme à ce que je dois avoir, seul souci, clic droit sur la partition Vista, et l'option "étendre la partition" est grisée ....
Là, je ne comprend vraiment pas. Il faut que l'espace non alloué soit forcement placé après une partition pour pouvoir l'affecter à celle-ci ?

Avec gparted, tu dois pouvoir déplacer la partition de vista vers la gauche (dans l'espace non alloué de la partition recovery, puis ensuite l'étendre par la droite. Attention quand même, c'est assez risqué pour Vista...

j'espere que tu as des sauvegardes de ton vista?Si non tu devrais les faire avant.
Car comme dis geenux c'est assez risqué.
Et cela donne quoi?
1 Supprimes les points de restauration.
2 Desactives la restauration des disques (partitions).
Fais un clic droit sur "Ordinateur", clic sur "Propriétés" dans le volet gauche, clic sur "Protection du systeme". Decoches tous les disques.
Redemarrer le PC et faire une defrag.
3 Desactives la memoire virtuelle. Coches Aucun fichier d' echange. (Avec precaution)
4 Fais une defragmentation en mode sans echec.
5 redimensionnement
Mais pense a faire des sauvegardes.

Oulà, j'avoue que ça me fait un peu peur ta manip' alex2b ...
Sinon j'ai du nouveau, j'ai installé Gparted sur mon Ubuntu, démonté ma partition Vista, je l'ai lancé, et il m'affiche ceci sur la partition Vista :
C'est surement pour ça que je ne peut l'étendre, non ?

Il faut qu'il y ai de l'espace non-alloué qui soit contiguë à la partition à étendre. Et cet espace doit se situer à "droite" de ladite partition.
Sans cela il sera impossible de faire l'opération.

Démarre vista, et lance la commande
chkdsk /F
Ta partition ntfs est corrompue (c'est ce que gparted t'indique avec le /!\)

J'ai bien fait un chkdsk sous Vista, il ne me retourne aucune erreur ... tout à l'air normal. Et ... ça fait quoi si une partition est corrompue ?..

Vue que tu n'arrive pas à etendre ta partition vista (/dev/sda3)
Moi je serais à ta place ,au risque des problemes que tu risque d'avoir avec gparted.
Je s'upprimerais la partition ubuntu,comme cela tu pouras sous vista étendre ta partition normalement,puisque tu auras de l'espace apres.
Et par la suite tu refais l'install de ubuntu.
Par contre sauvegarde ce que tu as sur ubuntu avant.
