probleme avec nvidia-settings
bonjour tout le monde
voila je suis sous dapper drake depuis 3 semaines
ma configuration est:
pentium 4 2.4 ghz
nvidia 6600 gt ddr3
j'ai optimisé mon noyau en 686
beryl et xgl fonctionnent très bien car j'ai le cube
mais mon probleme est:
au début j'avais avec glxgears 7000 fps maintenant j'ai :
.../desktop:~$ glxgears
11931 frames in 5.0 seconds = 2380.917 FPS
14575 frames in 5.0 seconds = 2900.807 FPS
12405 frames in 5.0 seconds = 2478.783 FPS
18152 frames in 5.0 seconds = 3615.855 FPS
18065 frames in 5.0 seconds = 3593.472 FPS
18152 frames in 5.0 seconds = 3613.780 FPS
17932 frames in 5.0 seconds = 3584.024 FPS
18418 frames in 5.0 seconds = 3657.197 FPS
et quand je fais en console un nvidia-settings j'obtiens :
-desktop:~$ nvidia-settings
ERROR: NV-CONTROL extension not found on this Display.

pouvez vous m'aider s'il vous plait
j'ai déjà cherché sur ce forum et sur google
j'ai meme essayé de retirer nvidia-glx pour le réinstaller mais rien n'y fait

Bonjour.
J'ai le même problème quand je suis sous XGL/Beryl mais essaie de passer en session Gnome et réessaie.
Tu verras cela fonctionne normalement

merci de m'aider
je suis passé sous gnome et ca ne change rien
meme probleme avec glxgears (à peine 4000 fps alors qu'avant j'en avais 7000)
et nvidia-settings me renvoie les memes messages d'erreur
