[Résolu] HP LaserJet Pro M1132 MFP ne scanne pas

Bonjour,

Je suis sous Ubuntu 10.10 qui contient un hplip 3.10.6.
D'après le site hplip, le minimum pour cette imprimante est hplip 3.10.4. Donc c'est bon.

La détection de l'imprimante est immédiate mais la page de test ne s'imprime pas. Il faut :
- désinstaller l'imprimante (Système->Administration->Impression)
- sudo hp-setup -ia
En effet, cet imprimante nécessite un plug-in propriétaire ("This printer REQUIRES a downloadable driver plug-in.") qui ne fait pas partie de hplip.
La page de test s'imprime ensuite.

Le problème vient du scanner. Quand je lance xsane, il me vient l'erreur suivante :
"Erreur d'ouverture du périphérique `hpaio:/usb/HP_LaserJet_Pofessional_M1132_MFP?serial=000000000QH2222PPR1a':Erreur d'entrée/sortie sur le périphérique.

Et là, je ne sais pas quoi faire.

PS : le scanner fonctionne car je peux faire des photocopies.

J'ai installé le paquet hplip-gui, mais cela ne fait toujours pas fonctionner le scanner.

Le scanner fonctionne avec la version 3.10.9 d'hplip. L'installation avec le fichier .run se fait sans problème. Par contre,
le résultat final est médiocre. J'ai toujours besoin de Windows XP sad pour la partie scanner.

Toujours sur Ubuntu 10.04, mais cette fois avec hplip 3.11.1. Comme d'habitude, l'installation de hplip
se fait sans soucis en lançant hplip-3.11.1.run.

Cette fois, tout fonctionne très bien big_smile ! L'impression est bonne et xsane scanne parfaitement.
Par contre simple-scan plante à la fin. A tester avec une autre version de simple-scan sous Ubuntu 10.10 par exemple.

Cette multifonction fonctionne donc très bien désormais.

Bonjour,

Je partage l'imprimante via un ordinateur avec Ubuntu Server 10.10 64 bits + hplip 3.11.1.
J'arrive à scanner avec xsane sur un poste Ubuntu 10.04 32 bits. Que du bonheur !

Dans un premier temps, essaie ceci :
utiliser_un_scanner_en_reseau
ou sa version anglaise :
sharingAScanner

Cela a fonctionné pour moi.

Bonjour,

J'ai fait toutes les manips suggérées avec hplip, etc mais Xsane ne marchait toujours pas (j'ai acheté une Laserprinter HP 1536 MFP).

Je viens tout simplement de passer sur Ubuntu 11.04 (avant j'étais en 10.04) et là... ça marche tout seul !!!

Cela marche tout seul avec la 11.04 ? C'est une bonne nouvelle.
Pour l'instant, je suis toujours avec la 10.04 et je compte attendre la prochaine LTS.

Je suis sous Ubuntu 11.10 64 bits. J'ai installé l'imprimante avec hplip 3.11.10 puisque le hplip d'Ubuntu n'arrive pas à trouver le plugin.
L'imprimante s'installe correctement mais le scanner n'est pas reconnu par xsane ni simple-scan.
En faisant 

hp-check -r

il me demande de faire 

sudo apt-get install --assume-yes xsane

Je l'ai fait mais j'ai la réponse

$ sudo apt-get install --assume-yes xsane
Lecture des listes de paquets... Fait
Construction de l'arbre des dépendances       
Lecture des informations d'état... Fait
xsane est déjà la plus récente version disponible.
0 mis à jour, 0 nouvellement installés, 0 à enlever et 1 non mis à jour.

J'ai beau éteindre et relancer l'imprimante, le scanner n'est pas détecté.
Quelqu'un a-t-il une idée ?

il te faut installer le plugin d'HP, sans quoi point de scanner : 

wget http://www.openprinting.org/download/printdriver/auxfiles/HP/plugins/hplip-3.11.10-plugin.run && sudo sh hplip-3.11.10-plugin.run

Merci cabrito pour ta réponse.

C'est effectivement ce plugin qui m'a forcé à installer la dernière version d'hplip. En effet, la version d'hplip sous Ubuntu 11.10
n'arrive pas à le trouver. Ce plugin est installé automatiquement  avec la version téléchargée d'hplip. Sans lui, l'imprimante ne
fonctionne pas. J'ai quand même relancé la commande 

sudo sh hplip-3.11.10-plugin.run

mais le scanner ne fonctionne toujours pas. Heureusement l'imprimante fonctionne.

Pour corriger ce problème sous Ubuntu 11.10 64bits avec hplip-3.11.10, il faut lancer la commande

sudo cp -R /usr/lib64/* /usr/lib/

Puis redémarrer.

Ce problème ne devrait plus exister dans la prochaine version hplip-3.11.12
