Rebonjour a tous!

Jai installer ClamAV Anti-Virus et lorsque j'ai voulu faire une mise a jour du programme, ils me disent que le programme est OUTofDATE.. Bon d'accord.. Ca arrive.. Donc je telecharger ClamAV 0.88.4 car javais la version 0.88.2 donc : Voila ce que je fais

Je commencer par :

tar -zxvf clamav-0.88.4.tar.gz

Tout ce compile.. Bon ensuite

./configure

Tout ce fait bien...

Ensuite

Make

Tout va toujours bien ...

Pour finir:

make install

Encore la tout va bien... mais lorsque rendu la.. je me met en SUDO (root) et je fais:

freshclam

ET voila le probleme!

root@Synapse:/# freshclam

Mais la je ne sas pas quoi faire.. et la l'Antivirus ne veux pas pentoute fonctionner...

Si kelkun sait comment tout faire pour que ca marche parfaitement.. Ou pire le desinstaller.. ou je sais pas .. mais svp aider moi.. Je ne connais pas grand chose en Linux meme que je suis nouveau. Jusqua date, je trouve que je me suis pas mal impressioner.. Et j'adore ca.. et je ne voudrais pas retourner dans WINDOZES!!! E-TK asser parler de mes sentiments!! Merci beaucoup!

Je peux savoir pourquoi tu cherches à installer cet anti-virus ??

ya pas de virus sous linux (enfin si, mais leur nombre est négligeable et ils ne s'attaquent jamais (ou pratiquement jamais)) aux desktop, mais à des logiciels TRES particuliers comme des serveurs genre apache.

Bref, tu n'es pas concerné.

Par contre, un AV peut être utile dans le cas d'un serveur sous linux qui filtre les contenus destinés à des postes windows.

Salut!

Tout d'abord pas de panique! Pas la peine de retourner sous Windows parce que ClamAV ne marche pas : sous Linux, un antivirus est pour l'instant inutile (pas de virus connu ou presque). ClamAV te permet surtout de scanner des fichiers à la recherche de virus Windows pour éviter d'envoyer des fichiers infectés à d'autres personnes utilisant elles Windows.

Ensuite, tu n'as pas forcément besoin de la dernière version de ClamAV: le plus important est d'avoir la base virale à jour (->freshclam). Donc tu peux conserver la version des dépôts (0.88.2), surtout que compiler des programmes n'est pas la façon la plus facile de débuter sous Ubuntu!
Si tu veux désinstaller un programme installé par "make install", tu peux essayer "make uninstall" en root.

Pour ton erreur, il te manque des fichiers de configuration, tu devrais regarder dans la doc ou sur le site officiel.

Si tu veux analyser automatiquement/périodiquement un répertoire, c'est par ici.

Sinon, il existe une interface graphique à ClamAV : le paquet s'appelle "clamtk" dans les dépôts.

Enfin, une petite remarque, apparemment tu as créé un compte root. OK c'est ton choix. Mais il vaut mieux se connecter en tant qu'utilisateur et se servir de "sudo" plutôt que se connecter directement en root...c'est juste un conseil

Voilà je suis dans le même cas que Fr3e-DoM et j'arrive pas à résoudre ce problème. Et les fichiers mentionnés sont présents. Par contre quand je les édite il y a beaucoup de #. Est-ce que ça viendrait de là ? Je mets à la suite le contenu de ces fichiers.
