[resolu] hplip n'imprime plus suite à reinstallation

Bonjour

J'ai une imprimante HP photosmart 5520 qui fonctionnait très bien (excepté le scanner) mais depuis une réinstallation suite à un plantage de DD, elle ne fonctionne plus.
Plus précisément, elle photocopie bien mais je n'arrive pas à imprimer à distance ni en USB.
J'ai désinstallé le driver et réinstallé en suivant le topic :installation de HPLIP
Rien à faire, l'imprimante me résiste.

Si vous avez un peu de temps à me consacrer,je vous en remercie d'avance.

J'ai tout re-désinstallé et réinstaller en suivant scupuleusement le topic et voila la copie du terminal. J'ai des doutes quant à mes réponses et dois je connecter l'imprimante en USB ou non ?

un progrès non négligeable ..... elle fonctionne en USB mais toujours pas en wifi

Bonjour,
d'après ton post #2, tu as sélectionner l'interface réseau (ethernet, wifi). Donc, pas la peine de la brancher en USB dans ce cas. Mais l'installation à échouée apparemment.
En USB, elle fonctionne complétement, impression et scanner ?

Avant de recommencer, je te conseil d'attribuer une IP fixe à ton imprimante. La fonction DHCP c'est parfait pour les connections "rapide" (tablette, smartphone...) ou ne nécessitant pas de périphériques réseaux tel qu'une imprimante partagée.
A faire idéalement depuis le routeur (box ou routeur) en liant l'adresse MAC du composant wifi de l'imprimante à une IP (ou l'adresse MAC du composant ethernet pour une connexion filaire). Redémarrer le routeur pour faire "entrer" l'imprimante dans le réseau. L'IP peut être hors fourchette DHCP.
Puis lancer la fonction "Ajouter une imprimante" d'ubuntu. Sélectionner "imprimante réseau" et faire une recherche de périphérique à partir de l'adresse IP de celle-ci.

Edit : voir ici pour la commande en mode terminal post #1 pour l'URI. Que tu as peut être déjà lu, je suppose.

Merci pour le coup de main.
J'ai suivi les explications sans trop maîtriser mes actions, mais bref, l'imprimante imprime mais ne scann toujours pas en réseau.
Si jamais tu as une astuce,il me semble avoir déjà résolu cela mais impossible de refaire la manip.

Tu ne dis pas ta version d'ubuntu.
La HP Photosmart 5520 E-all-in-one a besoin d'hplip >= 3.12.16.
À moins d'être sous ubuntu 12.04, tu n'avais pas besoin d'installer le dernier hplip.

Donne nous le retour de

Sous Ubuntu 14.04, version d'hplip dans les dépôts (3.14.3) était suffisante.

Je te suggère de désinstaller et réinstaller ton imprimante :

hp-setup -ir && hp-setup -iax

Ensuite relance

hp-check -t | grep scanner

Désinstallation et réinstallation avec hp-setup, mon imprimante est en IP fixe.
Comment faire pour vérifier si l'adresse que j'utilise est la bonne.
Par contre elle imprime mais toujours ordinateur introuvable.

Sinon, tu peux essayer :

Ensuite pour l'installer en réseau :

Je crois que j'ai fais une mauvaise manip.... mon telephone et mon ordi se connecte automatiquement sur l'imprimante ????? et visiblement, le réseau ne trouve pas l'imprimante branchée.
Mais l'imprimante indique bien l'adresse MAC et la bonne IP que j'ai entré dans la box en mode routeur.Je vais bosser maintenant mais je m'y replonge ce soir.

Quand tu dis "se connecter à mon imprimante", quel est le réseau sans fil ?
Est-ce un SSID du type HP-print-xx-Photosmart-5520 ? Dans ce cas, tu te connectes directement à l'imprimante, sans passer par un routeur avec réseau sans fil (une box par exemple).
J'imagine que ton téléphone se connecte sur ce réseau sans fil.

Pour ton imprimante, tu peux essayer :

hp-setup -i 192.168.0.27

Si cela ne fonctionne pas, tu peux essayer la méthode I de How to Configure Printers for WiFi Connection que je traduis :
Lance hp-setup en mode graphique :

hp-setup

et tu choisis l'option “ Wireless/802.11 (requires temporary USB connection and is only available for select devices)”. Puis tu lances

hp-setup ip_imprimante

J'espère que cela va fonctionner.

Bonjour
A force de bricoler, j'ai du faire une mauvaise manip, j'ai perdu ma connexion wifi. Quand je fais un scann de la borne wifi à partir de ma frebox;
aucun point d'accès détecté.
Sur free.fr, mon ifi est bien activé et le réseau existe.
j'ai inscris mon imprimante en IP fixe.
