[RESOLU]Xubuntu Cannot find a backlight controller

Bonjour,

drm: radeon_acpi_init Error: Cannot find a backlight controller

Re : [RESOLU]Xubuntu Cannot find a backlight controller

:  " Unfortunately, on some cards this doesnt work properly and you end up with a black screen " . Source : http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1613132

cat /etc/default/grub | grep LINUX_DEFAULT
dpkg -l xfce4-power-manager-plugins
dpkg -l xbacklight
sudo lshw -C display

s'il te plaît ?

Re : [RESOLU]Xubuntu Cannot find a backlight controller

Re : [RESOLU]Xubuntu Cannot find a backlight controller

 ~]$ cat /etc/default/grub | grep LINUX_DEFAULT
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet modprobe.blacklist=radeon "
[moi@mon ordi ~]$

Re : [RESOLU]Xubuntu Cannot find a backlight controller

0) grub reste le démarreur, même s'il n'y a qu'un S.E.
Pour plus de détails, regarde : grub

1) Donne le retour complet de

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install  xfce4-power-manager-plugins xbacklight && sudo update-grub

gksudo mousepad /etc/default/grub

sudo apt-get install gksu

et relancer la commande précédente.

  Puis

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT=(...)

pour qu'elle devienne

# GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT=(...)

  et en-dessous COLLER celle-ci avec ses guillemets :

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash acpi_osi=Linux acpi_backlight=vendor"

  Enregistrer et fermer le fichier. Puis

sudo update-grub

:~$ dpkg -l | grep -Ei "linux-headers|linux-image"
ii linux-headers-3.13.0-24 3.13.0-24.47 all Header files related to Linux kernel version 3.13.0

Re : [RESOLU]Xubuntu Cannot find a backlight controller

Re : [RESOLU]Xubuntu Cannot find a backlight controller

...sinon @infinite : tu as testé nomodeset ?

Re : [RESOLU]Xubuntu Cannot find a backlight controller

Re : [RESOLU]Xubuntu Cannot find a backlight controller

Re : [RESOLU]Xubuntu Cannot find a backlight controller

gksudo mousepad /etc/default/grub
GRUB_DEFAULT=0
GRUB_HIDDEN_TIMEOUT=0
GRUB_HIDDEN_TIMEOUT_QUIET=true
GRUB_TIMEOUT=5
GRUB_DISTRIBUTOR=`lsb_release -i -s 2> /dev/null || echo Debian`
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash nomodeset"
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX=""

enregistrer+quitter, ensuite

sudo update-grub

Re : [RESOLU]Xubuntu Cannot find a backlight controller

"Yapluka" gougueler... =

[   13.790068] [drm] Internal thermal controller without fan control # <-- Étonnant.
[   15.207941] radeon 0000:00:01.0: registered panic notifier  # <-- LÀ.

                Soit, avec les guillemets :
"Cannot find a backlight controller" "drm] Internal thermal controller without fan control" radeon "registered panic notifier" solved OR résolu

"Cannot find a backlight controller" "drm] Internal thermal controller without fan control" radeon "registered panic notifier"
qui donne 127 résultats.

  Mais bon, nam avait proposé nomodeset en #2.
