Erreur d'entrée/sortie
Bonjour,
Il y a quelques semaines de ça, j'ai installé Ubuntu 16.04 en dual-boot avec Windows 10. Tout semblait fonctionner correctement jusqu'à ce que je constate des problèmes d'accès à certains fichiers ou dossiers dans une partition partagée entre Ubuntu et Windows.
J'ai deux symptômes différents :
1) le dossier n'est plus visible dans l'explorateur graphique. Lorsque je tente un
ls /chemin/vers/ce/dossier
J'obtiens le message suivant :
ls: impossible d'accéder à '/chemin/vers/ce/dossier': Erreur d'entrée/sortie
2) le dossier est toujours visible dans l'explorateur graphique mais lorsque je double clique dessus
Impossible d'afficher le contenu de cet emplacement.
Désolé, impossible d'afficher tout le contenu de « Dossier » : Erreur lors de l'obtention des informations du fichier « /chemin/vers/ce/dossier » : Erreur d'entrée/sortie
J'ai installé Smarmontools pour essayer un diagnostique (j'ai lu à plusieurs reprises que ça pouvait aider...) voici le résultat de

Mes premières pistes de réflexion seraient :
- un problème de modulo 4096 des numéros des secteurs de début et de fin de la partition partagée entre Windows et Ubuntu.
- le mode hibernation qui pourrait rendre le système instable quand Ubuntu hiberne et qu'au démarrage suivant je boot sur Windows et non Ubuntu.
Mais je ne connais pas de moyen de vérifier mes hypothèses... Donc si quelqu'un à une idée, je lui en serai reconnaissant.

Peut-être la table des inodes qui est corrompue et qui référence des fichiers qui n'existent plus, oui qui a attribué par erreur le même numéro à deux fichiers. Il faudrait tenter un fsck sur la partition concernée depuis une console root (dans Grub) ou un LiveCD (comme il ne faut pas que la partition soit montée pour faire un fsck dessus, on ne peut pas le faire depuis le système qui tourne).
