Serious sam 2
Bonjour à tous,
J'essaye d'installer SS2 sur ma machine et pour cela j'ai suivi la procédure sur votre site (super bien faite pour un néophyte comme moi).
Mais impossible de lancer le jeu j'ai ce message :
./Bin/Linux-Dynamic-Release/Sam2: error while loading shared libraries: libopenal.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
j'ai vue qu'il fallait faire une manip sur les librairies pour les systèmes 64 bit mais impossible de télécharger le fichier :
ssam2_amd64_libs.tar.gz
savez vous ou je peux le trouver ?

Il cherche une vieille version de libopenal, vraisemblablement en 32 bits. Personnellement, j'essaierais ça :
1) installation de libopenal1 (version plus récente) en 32 bits
2) création d'un lien symbolique pour faire passer cette version pour une ancienne
Pas sûr que ça marche mais c'est possible.
Donc :
sudo apt-get install libopenal1:i386
cd /usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/
sudo ln -s libopenal.so.1 libopenal.so.0
Ensuite, essaie à nouveau de lancer le jeu.

Donc la bibli est déjà là et le jeu ne se lance pas ? Bizarre. Qu'est-ce que ça donne en faisant un ldd sur l'exécutable du jeu ?

Tu te places dans le dossier du jeu mais au lieu de le lancer, tu ajoutes la commande ldd devant :
ldd ./Bin/Linux-Dynamic-Release/Sam2
Ça va lister les bibliothèques utilisées par l'exécutable et indiquer celles qui manquent éventuellement.

Effectivement. Le problème, c'est que cette bibli n'est plus du tout dans les dépôts.
Avec un peu de chance, elle est fournie avec le jeu mais pas chargée. Peu probable mais sait-on jamais. À tout hasard, place toi dans le dossier du jeu puis donne le retour de :
ls -R
Sinon, je vois sur PCGamingWiki qu'il y a un autre installeur non officiel. Ça pourrait valoir le coup de le tester.

Tout d'abord, édite ton message pour mettre tout ça entre balises code, ce sera beaucoup plus lisible et ça évitera aux modos de le faire.
Ensuite, il en manque une partie (vu que je ne vois pas le dossier Bin qui est dans tes retours précédents), peut-être que la sortie est trop longue pour le terminal. Recommande mais comma ça pour rediriger la sortie dans un fichier :
ls -R > ~/Bureau/fichiers_ss2
Ça va te créer un fichier texte "fichiers_ss2" sur le bureau, ouvre-le avec un éditeur de texte et donne son contenu (entre balises code).

Il y a quelques biblis mais spécifiques au jeu, pas de libXxf86misc.so.1. Là, ce que je peux te suggérer dans l'immédiat, c'est d'essayer de réinstaller le jeu en utilisant l'autre installeur que j'ai mis en lien, il fonctionnera peut-être mieux sur un système actuel. Sinon, il va falloir trouver cette bibli manquante et ça risque d'être assez compliqué.

S'il a été installé dans ton dossier perso, il suffit de supprimer le dossier (et le lanceur qui est dans ~/.local/share/applications) pour le désinstaller.

J'ai testé, ça fonctionne avec la version Steam. j'ai :
1) chargé ss2 sur steam dans 1 dossier ss2_install
2)décompressé la version trouvée ici à la racine de ss2_install
3) copié les biblio libopenal.so.0 et libXxf86misc.so.1 (trouvée ici) en version x386 à la racine de ss2_install
4)depuis la racine du repertoire : chmod +x Bin/Linux-Dynamic-Release/Sam2 puis ./Bin/Linux-Dynamic-Release/Sam2 pour lancer le jeu
Ca a l'air de bien marcher, sauf que le menu vidéo est inaccessible (écran noir)

C'est juste que lui l'a sur Steam et n'a pu tester que cette version ; mais la tienne devrait logiquement avoir les mêmes données.
