Problème installation TOSHIBA Satellite C55-A-1TW [Résolu]

Bonjour à tous,

J'espère que la réponse n'a pas déjà été donnée ailleurs, mais j'ai beau chercher, je ne trouve pas...

J'ai décidé de passer sous Ubuntu dernièrement pour diverses raisons... J'ai donc téléchargé la version 16.04.

Avant de me lancer définitivement, j'ai essayé le logiciel sur Virtual Box, et cela me plaisait tellement que j'ai décidé d'abandonner totalement Windows.

J'ai donc créé une USB en Fat32 avec le logiciel dessus (via le logiciel Rufus), et ai donc installé Ubuntu sans laisser place à Windows.

Le problème, c'est qu'une fois installé, j'ai redémarré mon pc sans l'USB et du coup... "No Media Found, please insert a Drive and boot.

Impossible de lancer Ubuntu comme il faut... J'ai déjà fouillé sur les forums et je vois que l'on conseille souvent le boot-repair. Ce que j'ai fait, voici le lien d'ailleurs : http://paste.ubuntu.com/=j9bfCvHdYb/

Je tiens à préciser qu'après avoir fait un boot repair et en effectuant les réparations recommandées, j'arrive à lancer Ubuntu 1 fois... Tout est opérationnel... Mais si j'éteins mon ordinateur, un problème de "grubx64 et d'efi" apparaît très brièvement et ensuite je reviens sur l'écran noir "no Media Found etc..."

Je ne sais absolument pas quoi faire...

Je précise encore que je ne suis pas en secure boot, ai déjà essayé de le désactiver, réactiver, rien n'y fait...

Je ne comprends vraiment pas comment le système d'exploitation peut se lancer une fois puis bloquer par après...

J'ajouterai encore que j'utilisais Windows 10 avant de le supprimer, et qu'il fonctionnait correctement...

Je vois souvent que le BIOS de Toshiba est des plus récalcitrants... Je ne préfère donc pas tenter de modifier quelque chose sans avoir l'avis de quelqu'un qui s'y connait un peu plus que moi...

Bonsoir
La réparation va consister à installer la structure de boot standard car pas mal de toshiba ne savent booter  que  via la structure /efi/boot et pas par la NVRAM.
Cette version de boot-repair propose  toujours de booter en utilisant les fichiers de boot standards
"Additional repair would be performed: unhide-bootmenu-10s    use-standard-efi-file"

Tu fais la réparation recommandée,  Il va alors remplacer le fichier /EFI/Boot/bootx64.efi par ce qui convient. ( /EFI/ubuntu/grubx64.efi )
Cela devrait suffire.

Utiliser REFIND au lieu du GRUB https://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/refind . Aidez à vous faire dépanner en suivant le guide et en utilisant les outils de diagnostic J'ai perdu ma gomme. Désolé pour les fautes d'orthographes non corrigées.

Merci pour ta réponse, mais je garde le problème...

J'effectue donc la réparation recommandée, et je redémarre. Ça marche, aucun problème, je sais installer des applications etc... Vraiment tout va bien!

Mais lorsque j'éteins mon ordinateur -> rebelote...

Failed to open efi/boot/grubx64.efi : not found

(le message disparait très vite mais il me semble avoir vu ça ou en tout cas ça y ressemble fort)... Et ensuite "Reboot and select proper boot device or insert Boot Media in selected boot device and press a Key".

Je ne comprends pas pourquoi ça marche une fois et pas plusieurs, d'où mon besoin d'aide...

peux-tu refaire quelques démarrages pour confirmer ton message
     Failed to find boot/efi/grubx64.efi
Puis refaire  à tout hasard la même réparation en postant  le résultat de la réparation.

J'ai réussi à prendre une photo donc voilà le message en entier :

Failed to open \EFI\BOOT\grubx64.efi - Not Found
Failed to load image \EFI\BOOT\grubx64.efi : not found
Start.image0 returned not found

Je m'occupe de refaire une réparation recommandée et vous donne ensuite le boot-repair (vous le voulez dès la réparation ou après la première relance?

Alors voilà : réparation effectuée :

Donc avant d'effectuer la réparation, j'ai demandé un boot summary, le voici : http://paste.ubuntu.com/p/3zM7Qshx3y/

(Ce sont peut-être les mêmes, désolé si c'est le cas)

J'arrive donc à lancer Ubuntu sans problème.

Je n'éteins plus mon pc en attendant une solution...

Tout se voit dans la quantité de zéros  de la ligne boot-order
On voit que boot-repair a prévu de mettre shimx64 qui est la gestion des boot sécurisés  alors que tout le monde sait que lorsque le boot n'est pas sécurisé c'est grubx64.efi qu'il faut mettre.

N'oubliez pas de régler votre BIOS pour qu'il amorce sur le fichier sda1/efi/.../grub*.efi !

Pour le moment on va seulement tenter cette rectification

Ca marche!

Mon PC continue de chercher un media au démarrage, ensuite m'ouvre une page où je dois choisir : Ubuntu, Try Ubuntu, Install Ubuntu, Ubuntu for OEM, check disks for errors.

Je peux choisir Ubuntu et le système se lance smile Je ne sais pas si il est possible de ne plus passer par cet écran, si oui tant mieux, si pas, je n'en mourrai pas! smile

Merci beaucoup pour la solution! J'attends de voir si on peut supprimer ce menu pour le modifier en résolu.

On peut se passer de cet écran qui permet le choix de plusieurs noyaux de ubuntu (lorsque tu en aura un second). On peut aussi mettre son affichage à 3 secondes au lieu de 10.

As-tu encore ce message 

Failed to open \EFI\BOOT\grubx64.efi - Not Found

PS:  Je suis en train de penser que ce bios est particulièrement bien fait: En absence du fichier de boot standard de windows, ou si celui-ci plante, il choisirait de booter le second fichier de boot standard du monde libre  mais ubuntu ni boot-repair ne le savent!!!!!

J'ai donc relancé Ubuntu en essaie, boot-repair, ça remarche.

J'ai lancé le terminal, et inscrit la commande demandée ??, Et ça marche à nouveau. J'arrive à nouveau sur le menu où je peux choisir Ubuntu et le système se lance... Ce n'était donc "que" ça vous croyez?

Il  faut faire les mises à jour proposées.

Ton bios est "simplet', il ne connait que la procédure des supports externes connectés en USB et l'applique aussi aux supports internes.
