Erreur APCI avant l'installation d'ubuntu

Bonjour,

Depuis peu, je tente d'installer en dual boot Ubuntu avec mon Windows 10  qui est déjà installer(sur un ssd). Je souhaite donc installer Ubuntu sur une partition de mon 2ème disque.
Or lors du démarrage du programme d'installation, je rencontre des erreurs APCI qui me bloque parfois l'accès à l'installateur. 20180902_214827.jpg

J'ai déjà réussi à tenter une installation mais pendant, une erreur avec le paquet grub2 en a empêché la fin.
Je possède un pc portable dell inspiron 7577. j'ai également installer la dernière version de mon bios.

Bonjour,

Normalement ces erreurs ne portent pas à conséquent. Peux tu essayer de lancer une session live (support d'installation, Essayer sans installer) et donner le retour de la commande suivante :

dmesg -lerr | head -30

Voici ce que j'ai trouvé, concernant ton ordinateur. La carte graphique est mal prise en charge par le driver libre nouveau. Tant que le driver propriétaire n'est pas installé (driver nVidia), tu auras des problèmes : https://www.dell.com/fr-fr/shop/ordinat … op/cn57701

Tu peux essayer de booter ta session live et ta session installée (une fois que celle-ci aura fonctionnée) en passant un paramètre au noyau.

Pour ceci, lorsque grub s'affiche (sur ta live, c'est quand tu peux sélectionner "Try without install", au début), tu appuies sur e. Tu te déplaces avec les curseurs pour te positionner juste après quiet splash. Tu passes un espace après splash et tu tapes modprobe.blacklist=nouveau. Si tu as un clavier AZERTY, il faudra appuyer sur les touches ,odprobe:blqcklist=nouvequ. Tu valides par F10

Sur une session installée, tu accèdes cette page là lorsque tu peux choisir de booter sur windows ou ubuntu (toujours dans grub).

Pour installer le driver nVidia, tu vas dans Gestionnaire de mise à jour, paramètres, pilotes additionnels et tu choisis le driver nVidia (qui doit encore être au 390)

Si tu rencontres des problèmes, décris les.

je te remercie pour ta réponse qui à été très rapide.

J'ai bien exécute Ubuntu en version live avec l'option  modprobe.blacklist=nouveau et j'ai lancé un terminal et j'ai rentré la commande que tu m'a donné et voici le résultat:

Peux tu voir dans le bios si tu peux désactiver le secure boot? le paramètre modprobe... sera nécessaire une fois l'installation faite. Tu auras des problèmes (qui peuvent être bloquant) tant que le driver nVidia n'est pas installé.

Le message que tu as n'a rien à voir (normalement) avec la carte graphique.

Pense à mettre ton retour du #3 entre balise code, STP Merci

Je viens de désactiver le secure boot et relancer l'installation mais cela donne le même résultat ...

Bonjour,

C'est une erreur à laquelle je ne suis pas habitué. Avant d'aller plus loin, je te recommande de sauvegarder tes données et de faire une clé d'installation de windows. Tu peux également cloner ton disque, avec clonezilla par exemple. La probabilité d'avoir un problème est faible, mais parfois on est bien content d'avoir une telle sauvegarde.

Peux tu lancer un boot-info à partir d'une session live, je voudrais voir la proposition qu'il fait pour réparer.

J'aimerai bien avoir l'avis d'un autre intervenant, ayant déjà traité ce type de problème.

J'ai continué à chercher. Le message d'erreur que tu indiques peut avoir plusieurs causes. Je te propose d'essayer de regarder ce qui est facile. Regarde ce fil : https://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.php?id=2004946 et vérifie que ton système est cohérent (le boot info devrait également aider) : Il est fort probable que windows soit installé en UEFI, il faut que Ubuntu le soit aussi.

Vu que ton installation Ubuntu est fraiche, si nous confirmons que c'est bien un problème Legacy/UEFI, je te recommande de faire une réinstallation propre plutôt que de bricoler avec boot-repaire

J'essaierai de t'apporter du support en soirée, car je ne maitrise pas ce type d'erreur.

Je t'engage à faire une sauvegarde comme indiqué au post #6, je ne voudrais pas que tu te retrouves avec Windows en vrac sans avoir la possibilité de le remettre en place facilement.

Ce que je vois dans le boot-info (je te remercie de l'avoir mis dans ton post), c'est que l'installation doit être effective, uniquement grub n'est pas installé. Il y a des erreurs et warnings qui sont remontés et je ne sais pas comment les exploiter. Il est possible que faire un grub-install résolve le problème, mais si ça échoue en cours, il est possible que ça impacte windows.

Bonjour,

As tu sauvegardé ton windows?

Il y a une chose que je ne comprends pas :
- ton PC à l'air assez récent et tu as windows 8
- ton disque semble avoir une installation MBR alors que normalement avec l'UEFI, c'est GPT

Est ce que tu as eu ton pc avec windows d'installé dessus?

J'ai mon pc depuis décembre avec windows 10, effectivement , le disque sur lequel la partition que je souhaite utiliser ne semble pas être en gpt or mon ssd qui contient windows lui l'est

CORRECTION : Dans ton boot info, je ne vois qu'un seul disque de 1To (sda) et un support d'installation

Bizarre j'utilise une clé Sandisk. Je me demandais si je ne devrais pas convertir mon disque (hdd) en gpt?

Je te confirme, il y a un disque qui n'est pas vu par boot info et à priori c'est ton ssd.

sda   disk          931.5G

sda, c'est ton disque de données et sdb ton DVD pour l'installation

As tu débranché ton ssd?

l'installation ne peut pas se terminer car tu n'as pas de partition UEFI visible par l'installateur. Elle doit se trouver sur ton ssd et pour une raison que j'ignore, on ne voit pas ton ssd (en supposant que l'installateur voit la même chose que le boot-info)

Comment as tu essayé de faire ton installation?

As tu fait de la place sur un disque avec windows en redimensionnant tes partitions?

As tu choisi "installer à côté de windows", "autre chose". Dans ce cas, as tu fait une partition manuelle?

Je souhaite faire l'installation sur la partition 200go du HDD (DATA), Ubuntu pendant l'installation ne me propose pas de l'installer à coté de windows j'ai donc sélectionné "autre chose"

ok, donc l'installateur ne voit pas windows. As tu fait une manipulation particulière pour déasactiver ton ssd dans le bios, ou l'as tu débranché?

Ton partitionnement est bien à 200 Go pour sda2.

Ce qu'il faut trouver, c'est pourquoi on ne voit pas ton ssd. Quand ce sera résolu, ça devrait aller pour le reste
