[Résolu]PC portable qui "gèle" lors dès mises à jour.
Bonjour à tous.
Mon souci est le suivant, depuis environ une semaine mon ordinateur portable gèle soit environ 1 minute après le démarrage de la session, soit dès que je veux faire une mise à jour ou installer un logiciel.
Plus précisément, à chaque fois que je veux installer quelque chose via le terminal, l'installation se termine par
E: dpkg a été interrompu. Il est nécessaire d'utiliser « sudo dpkg --configure -a » pour corriger le problème. Quand j'exécute la commande
sudo dpkg --configure -a , une seule ligne qui contient quelque chose comme
Paramètrage de secureboot - db s'affiche puis l'ordinateur gèle complètement. Je suis obligé d'appuyer quelques secondes sur le bouton d'alimentation pour l'éteindre.
J'ai effectué quelques recherches et il semble que d'autres personnes rencontrent un problème similaire mais je n'arrive pas à mettre de solutions en oeuvre.
J'ai un ACER Aspire ES1-732 sur lequel sont installés Ubuntu 16.04 LTS et Windows 10 en dual boot.

Je te prie de faire un Boot-Info depuis une session live(*) de Ubuntu 16.04 et de donner l'URL de ce Boot-Info dans ta réponse.
(*) ordi démarré sur un support Live (LiveDVD ou LiveUSB) de Ubuntu 16.04, choix "Essayer Ubuntu..." (ou "Try Ubuntu..." si c’est en anglais)

[ 4.938121] tpm tpm0: A TPM error (378) occurred get tpm pcr allocationLe Trusted Platform Module (TPM) est une norme internationale pour un "crypto-processeur" sécurisé.
C'est un microprocesseur dédié conçu pour sécuriser le matériel en intégrant des clés cryptographiques à des périphériques DD, etc.
On peut aussi modifier son "comportement dans l'UFEI(Bios).
Sans doute un problème dans les supers blocs d'une partition avec cette mise à jour (?!?).
Tu peux corriger avec un "LiveUSB Ubuntu" et Gparted
Ou sans Gparted avec la commande :
e2fsck -f -y -v /dev/sdX"X" est a remplacé par la lettre de la partition souhaitée.
Rien de garantie dans ma réponse, mais aucun risque ou pertes de données dans son exécution 
Et des intervenants ont sans doute une meilleure explication ou solution...

The superblock could not be read or does not describe a valid ext2/ext3/ext4
filesystem. If the device is valid and it really contains an ext2/ext3/ext4
filesystem (and not swap or ufs or something else), then the superblock
is corrupt, and you might try running e2fsck with an alternate superblock:
e2fsck -b 8193 <device>
or
e2fsck -b 32768 <device>

@ares : j'ai souvent vu des problèmes avec tpm, y compris sur mes machines, sans conséquence. J'ai même viré le driver tpm sur une machine pour voir ce que ça faisait. Pourquoi penses tu qu'ici ce serait une cause de freeze?

La puce TPM indique qu'il y'a un problème avec un périphérique, je suppose que le seul périphérique est son DD.
La réponse de malbo conclu : « Je pensais trouver un problème de saturation d'une partition mais ce n'est pas le cas. »
Tu indiques toi-même avoir supprimé « le driver tpm ».
Sa mise à jour semble être l'origine de son problème.
Dans ma première réponse, j'avais proposé de voir « le paramétrage de la fonctionnalité SecureBoot »

Tu as un problème sur tes partitions "linux".
Je suppose que la partition windows fonctionne ?
Et aucun retour avec Gparted ?

@ares : Pas tout a fait : sur une machine je l'ai viré pour voir ce que ça faisait. Sur celle que j'utilise quotidiennement, j'ai toujours le driver. J'ai regardé de nouveau et mes erreurs sont un peu différentes de celles remontées ici :

Ne te trompe pas, je ne dis pas que tu as tort, j'essaie de comprendre 
Jusqu'à présent, dès que je vois tpm, je considère que c'est sans conséquence car toutes les investigations que j'ai faites non rien données (pas de solution, pas de conséquence constatée)
malbo s'attendait à voir une partition un problème de saturation de partition, je m'attendais à voir un message d'erreur récurrent dans le dmesg (qui aurait pu saturer une partition d'ailleurs)
Si je comprends bien, la machine fonctionnait correctement et depuis 2 semaines, il y a des problèmes de freeze. Le problème du noyau mal installé remarqué par malbo peut être une cause ou une conséquence. Problème de disque dur?
@Spleizer : en parallèle des investigations proposées par malbo et ares, je te propose de regarder ce que donne une analyse smart

Windows semble fonctionner normalement.
Modération : merci d'utiliser des images de petite taille (300x300) ou des miniatures pointant sur ces images (Des hébergeurs comme Toile Libre, TDCT'Pix et pix.debian-fr le permettent).

Là, comme ça, je ne vois pas ce qui peut coincer. Le peu que je connaisse de smartmontools montre qu'il n'y a à priori pas de problème avec ton disque
Peux tu donner le retour complet de :
sudo apt update
sudo apt full-upgradeCeci afin de voir les erreurs.
Peux tu donner également :

Je suis étonné que boot-repair est planté avec une "Live USB Ubuntu".

ok, j'ai mal lu le post #8. Par contre la seule partition qui n'aurait pas de problème est sda5, celle d'ubuntu. Pourquoi dans ce cas ça freeze?

Bonjour,
La partition "/dev/sda1" gère l'ensemble des partitions, donc l'erreur "sda1" a des conséquences sur "sda5".
Et je reste étonné que boot-repaire n'ait pas fonctionné en session-live !
Si quelqu'un a une explication...

J'ai commencé à regarder Testdisk mais je crains de faire une mauvaise manipulation. Je ne peux pas prendre le risque de devoir tout réinstaller en ce moment.
Concernant mon problème, j'avais déjà eu pas mal de soucis de 'freeze' lorsque j'avais installé ubuntu 16 en dual-boot, un peu le même genre qu' ici
Si mes souvenirs sont bons, la procédure décrite au lien #18 du lien ci-dessus avait permis de m'en sortir.
Je pense qu'une réinstallation complète résoudrait le problème mais j'aurais aimé éviter d'en arriver là.

@Spleizer : Tu as windows qui est installé. Est ce que tu as des problèmes également avec cet OS?
Sauvegarde tes données, on pourra néanmoins essayer des choses, mais je crois bien que pour l'instant nous sommes tous un peu dans le brouillard

Je suis entrain de regarder tes sources.list.
Le message de warning vient de GeoGebra. Il faudrait peut être le désactiver dans tes sources.list
Eliot n'a plus l'air d'être maintenu depuis longtemps si j'en crois ce site : http://www.nongnu.org/eliot/fr/index.html. Vérifie si c'est bien ça que tu utilises et si c'est le cas, vire le de tes sources.list
Sagemath a l'air d'être maintenu
Je crois bien que tu as la version en cours de développement de random-stuff : attention aux instabilités.
Je te conseille de nettoyer tes sources.list et essayer de nouveau un :
sudo apt update
sudo apt full-upgradeCa ne va pas résoudre le problème de bad blocks vus précédemment...
