[résolu] plus de démarrage

bonjour

mon PC ne démarre plus: il reste sur un écran violet, et ne va pas plus loin: plus d'ouverture de session
(jusqu'a maintenant le PC fonctionnait bien )

j'ai tenté un sauvetage avec boot-repair, sans résultat

Ton souci est dû au noyau 4.18.0-14 sur lequel ton ordi démarre par défaut. Ce noyau 4.18.0-14 est bogué (*). Il faut que tu ailles dans le menu Grub au démarrage de l'ordi afin de sélectionner "Advanced options for Ubuntu" puis "Ubuntu, with Linux 4.18.0-13-generic". En effet, ce noyau n'a pas le bogue.
Après cela, je te conseille de faire tes mises à jour en passant la commande :

sudo apt update 

Puis quand le résultat de cette commande est accompli, de passer la commande de mise à jour proprement dite :

sudo apt full-upgrade

Tu verras qu'un noyau 4.18.0-15 va être installé. En principe, il n'a pas le bogue donc tu devrais pouvoir ensuite démarrer normalement.

(*) il s'agit du rapport de bug #1814555. Le noyau 4.18.0-15 qui n'a pas le bug est sorti hier (8 févr. 2019) comme tu pourras voir sur le commentaire #19 du rapport de bug.
