Je n'ai pas tout lu.
Je crois avoir trouvé le problème. Tout d’abord, AUCUNE mise à niveau de flatpak n’est nécessaire, c’est une question de thèmes Gtk ...

needs a later flatpak version (1.4.2)
Le problème est ta version de la commande flatpak, qui commence à se faire sérieusement périmée. Puisque tu le prends sur un PPA, et que celui-ci fournit flatpak 1.4.3 pour toutes les versions d'Ubuntu encore actives, je suppose que c'est parce que tu ne t'es pas mis à jour avec sudo apt upgrade (tu ne l'as pas fait ici, donc l'ajout de PPA n'a servi à rien)

Mais de rien, mon intervention fut bien peu utile puisque tu as fait appel à toutes les commandes de mise à jour existantes sauf l'apt upgrade dont je parlais (je sais que c'est théoriquement équivalent mais bon, tout le monde sur le forum sait lire, et s'attend à, des retours de commande d'apt)

J'ai fait aussi un update, et un full-upgrade malgré le pkcon que j'utilise habituellement.

ça ne marche toujours pas, mais ce n'est pas l'erreur précédente. Essaye de faire flatpak remove [le nom du truc] puis flatpak install [le nom du truc] ?

je ne crois pas que ça change grand chose, les paquets apt tu y a touché il y a quelques semaines mais là c'est bon maintenant il s'agit purement les paquets flatpak qui étaient dans un état incohérent suite à l'erreur précédente, tu peux faire Y sans que ça n'ait de conséquence en dehors des paquets au format flatpak
et éventuellement après, je suggère
flatpak update
