Problème au démarrage grub rescue

Bonjour,
Depuis ce matin je rencontre un problème avec mon ordi portable. Hier soir encore il fonctionnait parfaitement bien et maintenant il refuse de démarrer. Lorsqu'il s'allume, il affiche:
error: attempt to read or write outside of disk 'hd0'
Entering rescue mode...
grub rescue>
J'ai donc consulté plusieurs sites pour trouver une solution à mon problème et j'ai essayée d'appliquer une solution qui était souvent décrite dans plusieurs sites.

En entrant
grub rescue> ls (hd0,msdos3)
J'obtiens:
./../ lost+found/ .Trash-1000/ Sauvegarde

Mais en cherchant à accéder aux modules qui sont proposés mon ordi aboutit à des messages d'erreur comme quoi les fichiers n'ont pas étés trouvés:
error: file '/boot/grub'  not found
error: file '/usr/lib/grub/i386-pc'  not found

J'aimerais donc savoir si vous pouviez m'apporter de l'aide pour résoudre mon problème, comment savoir par exemple quel module utiliser?
Je vous remercie d'avance pour le temps accordé à ma question.

Et par ailleurs les touches de mon ordi se comportent depuis comme celles d'un clavier qwerty depuis que mon ordi ne s'annule plus. Ce n'est pas extrêmement gênant mais j'aimerais aussi savoir pourquoi et comment remédier à ce soucis.

J'obtenais (hd0) (hd0,msdos5)  (hd0,msdos4) (hd0,msdos3) (hd0,msdos1) mais seul le  (hd0,msdos3) me renvoye des modules ensuite

J'obtiens unknown filesystem avec les autres et aucun message pour le  (hd0,msdos1)

D'autre part, quel est le nom complet du modèle de ton portable et son fabricant ?

Concernant mon ordinateur il s'agit d'un Toshiba Satellite L50-B-1DL

Pour le boot-info j'essaierai de le transmettre dans les plus bref délais (le temps d'avoir accès à un autre ordi pour créer une live USB et procéder par boot-repair Disk).

Et concernant mon problème je m'étais un peu trompé la dernière fois:
En entrant grub rescue> ls (hd0,1)/
J'obtiens (ça prenais du temps à charger):
./../lost+found/etc/media/var/bin/boot/dev/home/lib/lib64/mnt/opt/proc/root/run/sbin/snap/srv/sys/tmp/usr/vmlinuz initrd.img cdrom/ 0 non existing/ initrd.img.old vmlinuz.old lib32/

J'entre ensuite les commandes qui m'ont été indiquées
grub rescue> set prefix=(hd0,1)/boot/grub
grub rescue> set root=(hd0,1)
grub rescue> insmod normal
Mais après une petite éternité à charger l'ordi renvoie le message d'erreur du début:
error: attempt to read or write outside of disk 'hd0'
Entering rescue mode...
grub rescue>
Et j'obtiens en tapant normal:
unknown command 'normal' (pareil avec insmod linux, insmod loopback, insmod...)
Désolé pour la longueur du message

Bonjour, après installation Ubuntu 20.04 sur un SSD démarrage impec. Ensuite j'ai reconnecté deux DD en interne et la redémarrage impossible message erreur Grub rescue. Avant j'avais  la version 16.04 et aucun probleme pour la reconnaissance des dd en esclaves et le ssd de l'Os. je comprends pas et suis débutante..... merci d'avance

Je ne comprends pas ton problème disant qu'il est impossible de booter.
Tu as du te tromper de boot-info, car dans celui-ci, on voit que tout est parfait.

Suggested repair: ______________________________________________________________

The default repair of the Boot-Repair utility would purge (in order to fix packages) and reinstall the grub-efi of
sda5,
using the following options:  sda1/boot/efi
Additional repair would be performed: unhide-bootmenu-10s use-standard-efi-file

Blockers in case of suggested repair: __________________________________________

 The current session is in BIOS-compatibility mode. Please disable BIOS-compatibility/CSM/Legacy mode in your UEFI firmware, and use this software from a live-CD (or live-USB) that is compatible with UEFI booting mode. For example, use a live-USB of Boot-Repair-Disk-64bit (www.sourceforge.net/p/boot-repair-cd), after making sure your BIOS is set up to boot USB in EFI mode. This will enable this feature.

Please do not forget to make your UEFI firmware boot on the L'OS actuellement utilisé - Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS CurrentSession entry (sda1/efi/****/grub****.efi (**** will be updated in the final message) file) !
