cle USB reconnue , mais impossible a utiliser

Bonjour , j' ai un soucis avec une cle USB : impossible d ' y copier quoi que ce soit dessus .

elle est , semble t-il bien reconnu dans l' ordi a la connexion :

Peux-tu débrancher la clé, attendre 30 secondes, rebrancher la clé, attendre de nouveau 30 secondes et donner ce retour
