Bonsoir , j' aimerais savoir si il est possible de mettre le dock ( plank ) avec le menu ( barre de lancement superieure ) sur une meme ligne par exemple en haut ( j ' utilise le mode dock pour la barre de lancement ) a priori si je change de place , ils s ' y disposent bien tous les 2 , mais apres reconnexion , il se decalent de ligne horizontale a chaque fois .

Le resultat attendu serait la barre de lancement en mode dock a gauche , et le dock sur le coté droit sur la ligne superieure de l' ecran .

L'idée c'est plus ou moins d'avoir qu'un seul élément en haut ?
J'utilise Budgie depuis quelques années - et Plank est le premier truc que je désactive…

Je le « remplace » par l'applet icon-tasks-list. Applet que tu peux positionner dans ton panel à gauche / au milieu / à droite.
Et panel que tu peux passer en mode « dock » ( c'est à dire qu'il ne s'étendra pas sur toute la largeur ou hauteur si panel vertical ).

2 « trucs » manquent à Budgie, pouvoir choisir le positionnement d'un panel en mode dock ( il sera forcément centré ) et un mode « always on top » ou sans réservation d'espace, pour pouvoir placer un panel/dock par dessus une barre de titre par exemple. Ou à côté d'un plank qui serait sur la même « ligne de base »…

Ça tu pourras le trouver sous Xfce, si besoin. Le problème de Xfce c'est Thunar, son explorateur de fichiers…

Re bonjour, icon-tasks-list a bien marché ( je crois jusqu ' a hier ) apres la mise a jour de budgie vers impish .
par contre maintenant , tout a disparu dans le menu il ne reste que l ' heure , quick note , le bouton deconexion/redemarrer et emplacements ...
une idée du probleme ?
j ' ai essayer de demarrer sur l' ancien noyau mais , resultat identique .

Je n'ai pas encore testé impish avec Budgie.

Tu as fait une mise à niveau de 21.04 à 21.10 c'est ça ?
Peut-être un couac dans les ppa :

grep budgie /etc/apt/sources.list.d/*

Sinon un couac dans la possibilité de conserver tes paramètres :

find ~ ! -user $USER

…s'il y a dconf dans le retour, faudra s'inquiéter ;-)

j ' avais ouvert un nouveau sujet pour le probleme ( recent du menu ) en question , voir https://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.php?id=2068013 .
Apres plusieurs recherche de mon coté j ' ai pu supprimer l' ancien menu buggué et remettre en place un nouveau menu fonctionnel avec l ' applet qui a l' air de fonctionner maintenant depuis sans vraiment comprendre ce qui a cloché .
j ' ai quand meme reperer me semble t ' il un applet qui parait avoir un probleme , dont je ne me rapelle plus le nom , a voir dans l' autre fil .

Si tu n'as pas viré tous les snap, lance l'appli « Budgie Bienvenue »,
et de là, (ré)active les dépôts ppa contenant les applets budgie supplémentaires puis (ré)installe les applets de ton choix.

Je suis un peu étonné que

grep budgie /etc/apt/sources.list.d/*

ne répond rien - disons que sur une installation neuve qui n'aurait fait l'objet d'aucune personnalisation ça ne me surprendrait pas - mais ta situation a l'air un peu différente.

C'est lui que je m'attendais à voir : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntubudgie/+ar … /backports
il contient grosso-modo les nombreuses applets spécifiquement développées pour/par UbuntuBudgie.

Les quelques applets Budgie provenant du projet upstream Solus, elles, sont dans les dépôts officiels.

Au pire, il y a cette commande pour revenir à la configuration par défaut :

nohup budgie-panel --reset --replace &

…et de là, reconfigurer proprement.

ok j ' irais faire un tour des que j ' ai du temps , cependant j ' ai du mal a m' exprimer correctement en anglais ...

PS je peux toujours ajouter le PPA manuellement non ?
