Disque dur externe 'FUSE'

Bonjour, c'est la première fois depuis 8 ans que j'ai des difficultés avec UBUNTU ! J'ai installé la version 20.04.3 LST GNOME 3.36.8 il y a plusieurs mois
Tout semble fonctionne.
Sauf que lorsque j'ai voulu faire des sauvegardes sur mes 2 disques durs externes ce jour (je ne fais pas souvent des sauvegardes): les disques durs apparaissent à la connexion mais le message suivant apparait: " le dossier est vide". En investigant, les dossiers ne sont pas vides: il me reste 57Go sur 2To sur les 2 disques durs. Mais aucun fchier n'apparaît, ni en mode Terminal. En continuant à creuser, j'ai vu que la partition est FUSE ou bien 'NTFS/exFAT/HPFS'.
J'ai aussi rebasculé en UBUNTU 18.04  => même phénomène...
=> d'où ma question: comment puis-je récupérer les fichiers ?

Débranche tes disques externes. Attends trente secondes.
Rebranches les disques. Attends trente secondes
Donne alors ces retours

Les disques durs externes de mes fichiers de sauvegarde s'appellent ELEMENTS et Expansion Drive, chacun 2To.
J'ai des SSD 500Go en interne.

Bonjour.
Erreur d'entrée sortie pour les deux disques,
Installe l'application  smartmontools
https://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/smartmontools avec cette commande

sudo apt-get install --no-install-recommends smartmontools 

Puis donne les retours de ces deux commandes

sudo smartctl  -s on  -a  /dev/sdb
sudo smartctl  -s on  -a / dev/sdc

Je remarque les deux volumes se montent quand même, bien qu'on ne puisse pas les lire...
Est-ce qu'une vérification/correction sous Windows ne permettrait pas de débloquer la situation ?


Plus de 50 ans d'informatique, ça en fait des lignes de commandes en console, mais on n'avait pas le choix...
Excellente raison pour, aujourd'hui qu'on le peut, utiliser au maximum les INTERFACES GRAPHIQUES !
Important : Une fois le problème solutionné, pensez à clore votre sujet en ajoutant [Résolu] devant le titre du 1er message, et un bref récapitulatif de la solution à la fin de celui-ci. Merci.

Bonjour erresse,
J'ai 2 PC mais aucun ne fonctionne avec Windows.La seule fois que j'ai tenté de monter WIndows en parallèle de  Ubuntu 20.04, j'ai vidé la machine... et j'ai du reformater + réinstaller...
Je souhaitais bien réinstaller Wndows, mais cela fera l'objet d'un autre post.

Si tu n'as pas de windows, c'est une erreur d'utiliser des partitions NTFS,  essaie ces commandes

sudo ntfsfix /dev/sdb1
sudo ntfsfix /dev/sdc1

Il faudra alors débrancher et rebrancher les disques.

Si tu as windows, il est préférable de les monter sous windows afin que windows répare puis les démonter  en  demandant l'autorisation à windows

Il ne te reste plus qu'à installer windows.

Si ton ordinateur est installé en EFI, voici un tutoriel https://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.php?id=2061271
Si ton ordinateur est installé en legacy, tu peux t'en inspirer mais il y aura quelques différances.

Nota. Il ne devrait pas être nécessaire d'installer windows. Avec le support d'installation, il doit exister une option de réparation qui va te permettre de lancer la commande chkdsk.

Nota. Je ne sais pas ce qui a pu se passer pour que les deux disques aient le même incident au même endroit.  L'un serait-il une duplication de l'autre?

Nota, Comme l'inode impacté porte sur le n° 5, je crains que cela gère la totalité des fichiers d'où le fait que ubuntu ne trouve rien et je crains que la réparation de windows élimine tous les fichiers.
A condition qu'il sache réparer!
