Bonjour, (j'espère être au bon endroit pour ma question)
J'essaye d'installer Ubuntu sur unn Acer Aspire E 15 (i3 8GB)
à la fin de l'instalation ce message s'affiche,
x86/cpu: SGXdisabled by BIOS.
platform MSFT0101:00: failed to claimresource 1: [mem 0xfed40000-0xfed40fff]
acpi MSFT0101:00: platform device creation failed: -16
ensuite l'écran d’installation apparaît.
Le live fonctionne très bien, mais l’installation semble bien se passer mais au redémarrage rien ne se passe.
sauf Checking média
et ensuite un message m'indiquant que boot n'a pas fonctionné et me redirige vers le boot manager où je ne vois plus le HDD,
seulement la clé si je la remet.
je ne veux que linux sur le pc, donc pas de dual boot.
Je suis néophyte en Linux

Quelle est la version de Ubuntu que tu tentes d'installer (22.04 ou une version plus ancienne) ?

Hola,
22.04 LTS
je pense que c'est au niveau du boot mais n'étant pas un spécialiste...
Je voulais remplacer un windows 10 devenu beaucoup trop lent

Avec la clé et choix essayer au demarrage , peux tu donner ce retour stp :
lsblk -fe7sudo mount /dev/sda2 /mntcat /mnt/etc/fstabci dessous le 1er message de la discussion du lien indique comment poster un retour corretement si besoin .

Je te prie de démarrer sur ta LiveUSB Ubuntu 22.04 avec le choix "Essayer Ubuntu" afin d'ouvrir une session live. Depuis cette session live, fais un Boot-info et donne l'URL de ce Boot-info dans ta réponse.

sudo mount /dev/sda2 /mntcat /mnt/etc/fstaberreur de ma part , correction apportée .
tu devrais fournir le boot-info demandé par @malbo . cela donne un rapport complet et détaillé qui permet de tout voir d ' un coup

Il faut utiliser la méthode décrite dans ce post de fnx : https://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.p … #p21604079
Elle consiste à utiliser la fonctionnalité "select an uefi file as trusted" proposée dans le Bios.
Si tu fais une recherche de "Aspire E5-575" dans la Liste des portables « Acer », tu verras qu'ils ont tous été obligés d'utiliser cette fonctionnalité pour parvenir à démarrer sur Ubuntu

C'est une excellente nouvelle.
Je viens d'ajouter une ligne Aspire E5-575_1094_1.25 dans la Liste des portables « Acer »
Les caractéristiques de ce modèle sont visibles dans le post #9. En bref : processeur Intel Core i3-6006U ; partie graphique HD Graphics 520 intégrée au processeur. Il n'y a pas de carte graphique dédiée.
EDIT : le Boot-info montre deux installations de Ubuntu 22.04.1 (la première a été faite sur sda2, la seconde sur sda3). As-tu déjà fait le nécessaire pour supprimer une des deux ?
